Ark was quiet as he cooked some food, not for Mordred, just himself. His sister told him that Morgan had something to say to her and Ark didn't say anything. The Mage knew what was coming and didn't bother stopping it.
The sound of the front door crashing open didn't make Ark flinch as he stared down at the bowl off before him. For some reason Ark didn't feel hungry yet he made a bowl of food...
"Ark, you won't believe this!" Mordred said running towards her brother full speed with excitement in her voice. The Boy however didn't react for a second before realizing he was being talked too.
"Huh? Oh, what is it?" Mordred narrowed her eyes then pushed it aside, thinking it was Ark lossed in space, which is something he has been doing a lot recently.
"We're King Arthur's Sons!" Mordred screamed as her eyes flashed with the usual emotions about the so called Perfect king. Ark faked his suprise as he stared at Mordred with a shock expression that he has been practicing on for a while.
"What!" Ark got out of his chair and looked down at his sister who was just a head shorter then him. Mordred grinned and nodded her head. "How did you come to that conclusion?" The Mage watched as Mordred's face shifted into a light scowl.
"Mother told me." He stared at his sister with a deadpan look, but didn't question why she trusted that witches words. Ark didn't understand why Mordred instantly think that was true, then again the evidence was staring right at her. If Ark tried really hard he can look exactly like Proto-Saber, but he didn't cause what if the Master from Grand Order summons Proto-Saber AND Ark, there would be a lot of confusion.
"Oh... well what now?" Ark let the words slip out while Mordred looked thoughtful, which was something that the Male has been teaching her. Think before you act. There was silence between them before the Knight looked determined.
"Lets go tell him..." The Mage grimaced and looked away from Mordred's face. He couldn't do it, cause if he physically heard what Artoria will say to Mordred which would rightfully piss him off and he didn't need to cause more trouble as it is. "Ark, you're coming with me, right?" She watched as the male shook his head.
"No, just you Momo, I..." Ark didn't know what to say, he just didn't like facing Artoria and saying that to her face, the only thing he can do now is delay the inevitable. "I just don't-"
The sound of the door slamming shut made Ark become silent. He looked ahead and didn't see Mordred anywhere. The Mage's hands balled up as his anger spiked to levels he didn't know was possible. Ark summoned Excalibur Oblivion and let his rage take over. He trashed the whole house showing no mercy to anything.
After a few minutes Ark stopped and looked at the damage, everything was destroyed. Excalibur Oblivion vanished from his hands as he stumbled over to a chair that was still standing. The Male didn't know what to do now, the rebellion was going to begin and he wasn't sure how long it lasted... he just hoped it was a quick one.
