It was a cold night, rain hit the roof like bowling balls and the power had gone out. George had moved to Florida and had got off his plane a couple hours before and some how had found himself in the warm arms of his best friend. The rain continued on as clay attempted to comfort George who was feeling home sick and a little on edge.
Clay ran his fingers threw
George's Carmel brown hair, they were talking before the power had gone out and they continue to talk but this time in one another's arms cuddling in the warm blankets of clays bed. They talked excitedly about all the things they could do now George was in Florida and they were finally to together, Dreams face reveal, Vlogs, streams, YouTube videos, and being together and finally after all these years being able to be with one another and able to hold, comfort and love the other.
"I'm so glad your in Florida, it's feels like years since I've wanted to hold you in my arms"
"Me too, I'm so glad I'm here...with you..."
They were just friends but they both wanted something more than what they had, both boys were afraid to admit it but, you'd have to be blind to not see the relationship both boys clearly desire. They're constant flirting always left one if not both boys feeling flustered or left with pink cheeks. Dream so badly wanted to confess but was it to soon? George had only arrived in Florida not long ago.
But Dream couldn't lay with his best l friend cuddling and quietly chatting and not feel the need to confess.
"George, look I know this is sudden but I REALLY REALLY like you, I like, like you. I adore everything you do and your the reason I got to my computer and the reason I am who I am, George I love you, and if you don't feel the same than that's ok but I can't continue lying to myself and pretending I'm not madly in love with you...because I am, I really-"
And before Dream could finish his sentence George had kissed him, it took a moment fro him to realise what was happening but when ackhe did he kissed back.
"I love you"
He finally said it, somehow he felt the same...all the speeding thoughts and doubts and worry..,he had felt too. George liked him and he liked George.
Clay started bawling at the thought of George actually liking him. All the doubts and worry he had felt over the years was finally worth it.
"Are you crying? " George asked concerned
"no" clay responded with a shaky voice and tears streaming down his face.
"You're such a baby" George said kissing clay on the head and running his hands threw his hair.
"You're such a loser" clay responded back
"Yeha well ya know, losers do date losers, so..."
"I love you, say it back"
"What no, I said it before"
"Wha- we're boyfriends now and you aren't gonna say I love you!?"
"UGH FINE, I love you with every bone in my body now stop being a simp."
"Love you Georgie"
They soon fell asleep in each other's arms as the rain softly hit the roof.
