I had been counting down the days, I was so exited for Christmas but I didn't know what to get George since this would be our first year together in the same house. So I had gone out and gotten him Harry Potter Lego set and a play station 5.
It had been a week since I bought him the presents and it was time to wrap it. I got sapnap an expensive amount of Pokémon cards as-well some shoes he had wanted an a hoodie. After wrapping the presents and labelling who each present was for, I gently placed them under the plastic green tree, George sat beside, it picking ornaments to be placed on the Christmas tree. "Did you get me a present?" He asks, "of course I did Georgie" I say in a teasing tone. He immediately grabs the presents from under the tree, feeling them. "This one is heavy." George says when referring to the play station. "Don't shake it or drop it! Be careful please" I warn George and he listens and moves on to picking up the second gift, the Lego, "it sounds like Lego." George giggle and I do too. The sound of Lego be shaken in the box is pretty obvious but I don't mention if he is right or wrong about his guess.
He stand up and runs up the stairs, soon returning with a wrapped box that he places under the tree after writing 'Dream' on the wrapping. I lift it to my ear and shack it, no movement from inside the box so I feel it, no obvious signs to what it could be, just a box. "I don't know what it is, give me a hint?" I say looking toward him. "No way, that spoils the surprise" he says rolling his eyes.

I make George a hot chocolate and hand it to him. He thanks me and I join him on the couch. "Why are you watching the grinch?" I ask laughing. "Because it's a great Christmas movie and it's Christmas Eve" He sassily replies. "You exited to open your presents?" I ask. Sapnap joins us on the couch and rests him head on my shoulder. "Yeah I am actually" George responds, surprise evident in his voice. "Dream I'm tired" sapnap says to me, "sleep then, idiot" I say to him jokingly, "aw poor sappy can't stay up to catch Santa" George says I'm a baby voice, mocking sapnap. Sapnap laughs at him and lays his head on my lap.
My heavy eyes open to see the light shining through the window, officially Christmas morning. George is already sitting near the tree on his phone, he hasn't noticed I'm awake just yet so I make my presence known by throwing a couch cushion at his head. "Can I open my presents?" He asks me, I tiredly nod and he begins ripping into the Lego, "I knew it was Lego, it's cute." I smile and he rips into the ps5, "OH MY GOD, THANK YOU!" George says getting up to hug me. I say 'your welcome' and he passes me the gift he got me. He smiles wide as I begin to pull the ribbon loose and rip into the paper.
My eyes go wide and my mouth nearly drops. Around 2 weeks ago I had mentioned to George how cool it would be if I had a Polaroid camera to take cute pictures with and now I was holding a cube box that had a depiction of a Polaroid camera printed on it. I rip open the box and there sits a light blue Polaroid camera. I look to George, he looks nervous to know if I like my gift. "Aww George, you remembered!" I embrace George and set out to work out how to take a picture. I undo the back and put the film in. "C'mere Georgie" I say, using the camera to take a picture. The picture slides out from the top and I wave it around until I can see George and I staring back at me. "Thank you so much George, I love it." I can barely contain my excitement, my smile is wide as I slip the Polaroid picture into the back of my clear phone case.
Sapnap marches down the stairs, "you already started opening your presents?" He runs to the tree and sits, handing George and I the presents he bought for us. George's present from sapnap is a framed picture of the day they first met irl, with a heartwarming paragraph on the back, "aww sappy you didn't have to" George teases. My present is a cat beanie, blue and green. I laugh at the dnf reference and thank him. George's present to sapnap was a jar of his favourite chocolate and a hat and finally came the present I had for sapnap. "I bought you three things sap, and George I have one more present for you" I hand sapnap all three presents and George his third presents.
George opens his and Looks inside the box, as dose sapnap to his similar sized present. "You bought us matching shoes? That's sick!" Sapnap says putting them on, "open your other two presents sap" he dose so, revealing the anime hoodie and the 10k worth of unboxed Pokémon cards. "I'm like one hundred percent dreams favourite" sapnap laughs and George playfully shoves him. "I don't have a favourite, I love you both equally" I say grabbing both of their hands. "I'm literally your Roblox password but sure" George mumbles, "fine, I'm gonna feed patches your gingerbread house then" sapnap says running to the kitchen as George stumbles to his feet, almost slipping, "you know my gingerbread house is better than yours, you can't get rid of competition" George yells running after sapnap. The first dream team Christmas is a success and I'm so glad, this is the best Christmas I've had in years and all thanks to my two awesome idiot friends, George and Sapnap. I jog into the kitchen to see if absolute war has begun, greeting patches on my way. "Your both idiots-" I laugh, "your both lucky I love you though" I say under my breath as I walk toward them to join in eating the ginger bread houses we created on stream the day before.
