We spent hours on different tests, Head scans, CT scans, the list went on just in case.
Right now the team just got here including Brian were all sitting in Athena's room when the doctors came in.
"Good evening Miss. Ortiz. Im Dr.Greg and This is Dr.White" One was black and one was Mexican.
"Goodevening and Please Call me Tiny or Athena." She used her manners.
"Alright Athena, well I see you have your family's support. Which are her guardians?" He asks before i could speak
"Letty Ortiz" She points at me then points to Dom "Dominic Toretto. Guardians but technically my parents they raised me."
"Well everything seemed to be okay at first but when we took a closer look we saw a very small cancer tumor in between your neck and head. ''
Dr. Greg told her. Athena slumped over and clenched her jaw. I knew she was fighting her tears. Then Dr.White spoke
"Athena we don't know how hard this must be for you but we have to ask. Do you experience headaches a lot? Or neck pains?"
"Y-yeah but I just thought of it from my sleep." she replied as her voice cracked.
"Luckily we caught it in time, we can surgically remove it tonight if you want."
"That's also is what makes your body weak and that'd why Lukema treatments arent working as fast as it should." The other doctors said.
"Yes. Take it out. I don't really like hospitals." She spoke slowly as tears dropped on her bed.
"Okay we will prep the room, surgery will be in 30 minutes and we will come in. Let's say about 10 minutes to give you numbing medicine, and sleeping medicine. Okay?"
She nodded. The doctors walked out and I hugged her and she cried in my arms.
"Why me?" she mumbled in my neck
"I don't know Sissy. But I am right here and I'm not leaving okay. We're all here. "
She cried in mine and Dom's arms as everyone watched the scene unfold. After 10 minutes as told the doctors came in.
"You ready Tiny"Dr.Greg asked her
She nodded and laid down. They took a needle and stuck on in her neck and the other in her IV then left the room But not before saying
"Shell fall asleep in a good 5 minutes but in about 2 minutes shell start talking nonsense"
"You good sis" I asked about 2 minutes later with a smirk everyone chuckled knowing what i was doing.
"I'm dead," She said with wide eyes. I laughed and said
"Your not dead Athena" she flexed her muscle and said
"Im Athena goddess of War Bitches."
"Athena Vera Ortiz"Mia scolded her then bursted out laughing.
"Miassss how was that dated date?" She asked with a big smile.
"It's was amazing T. I enjoyed it alot.. Brians here too." She told her.
"Oh Brian probaly have you that D afterwards huh? You didn't come home last night M."
"TINY" Mia and Brian said as everyone chuckled.
"Sissy " she said to me
"Yeah baby"

"Good. I love you more than I love Fries. And that says a lot." She let out a big yawn as I chuckled.
"I know. And i love you more than cars.Nighty Sissy i'll be here when you wake up"
and with that her eyes closed and her breathing was steady. The doctors and nurses took her and had surgery..
ATHENA'S POV (MORNING AFTER SURGERY)
I woke up and groand. I looked around to see Letty and Dom with their heads resting on the bed. Brian cuddled up in the chair. Vince on the floor and Leon and Jesse in the other 2 chairs.
Then I saw Mia walk in with Mcdonalds. She saw me and said
"GUYS! She's awake!" Everyone woke up and letty hugged me followed by everyone else.
"I want food" I grumbled and everyone chuckled but we ate. I ate my fries, 20 pieces, and drank my coke. When i asked
"When can i leave" Everyone chuckled knowing what i really wanted to know
"You'll be out 2 days before race wars dont worry T" Dom reassured me I let out a breath or relief.
"Thank god." I exclaimed.
The whole day involved my complaining, medicine and Bandage changes, sleeping, and games.
That night Mia drove Brian home and went to get everyone's clothes. While she was gone everyone filled me in on our next and final heist. 'The Jackpot' as Dom called it.
