Low Blow

LONDON….

Hobbs gets a confirmation on Shaw. She knew something was off about the whole situation. She had a feeling she knew Riley from somewhere. 

We were waiting at the point. Athena on the ground in her car. Then she sees DOm and then takes off. She follows and Stays with Dom. SHe notices his following Letty. She gets on his left side and stays on Letty's tail. 

ATHENA'S POV

After some chasing I bump Letty's bumper as we go around a curse causing her to stop. I quickly got out of my car then letty get out.

“MOM '' I say quickly as Letty raises her gun at me.

 I see hesitation in her eyes before she shoots me in the shoulder. I grab my shoulder as she jumps in her car and speeds off. Dom comes to my side. And helps me in the car. 

3RD PERSON POV

“Mia...” Brian says as he gets her on the call. 

“Umm. It's definitely Letty. It's Just umm...It's complicated.”

“Letty is alive. That's all that matters.” She says as she looks at Jack with a smile,

“We have to get them back, Brian.” She tells him as brian notices Doma nd Athena setting up supplies to get the bullet out of Athena's shoulder.

“Well, do me a favor and give Jack a kiss goodnight for me.” Brian says to his wife over the phone.

“Be safe.” Mia tells him sternly.

“I love you Mia” Brian says before hanging up and making his way to his 2 friends.

The dirty blond headed girl couldn't get the woman who she called not only a sister but also a mother out of her face. She showed no reaconition. 

Dom pulls the bullet out of the shocked and concerned Athena as Brian speaks.

“She definitely saw it was you?” 

“She looked dead at me brian.” Athena says. 

And neither men miss the break in her voice. They both knew no one could equal her pain right now.

“Maybe the letty we once knew is gone T” Brain says with sadness as he looks down. “ Even though she's alive, Maybe she's gone.”

“You don't turn your back on your family.” Athen says as Dom finishes wrapping her shoulder.

“Even when they do” Dom says, agreeing with the girl he raised.

On Owen's end he had to control his anger when he found out Letty shot his Wife. He was even shocked when Letty didn't even remember the girl who looked up to her.

But Athena feels betrayed, unloved, broken, and angry.

ATHENA'S POV

I stood and listened to the team talk .

“I'll go with Gisele. I'm getting Letty.'' I say looking ahead as I walk with Gisele.

I walked up behind Han and the other guys since I was in the car for a little while when I heard vehicles approaching. 

“Oh shit.” Han says. I jump down and run around back away from my eyes.  

I hear shots go off when I see Letty run through the tunnel with Riley following her. I ran after her.

3RD PERSON POV

Letty bumps into a man causing Riley and Athen to catch up to her. Riley slams Letty into a wall before punching her in her stomach.
