I was shocked at my outburst, not that everyone else wasn't.
"What did you think you were doing?!" Alistair shrieked at me once safely inside the tent. I put my hands up in surrender.
"Honestly, I have no clue." I sounded out each word and threw it at him like imaginary daggers. He flinched visibly but recovered in a millisecond, his gaze hardening with rage.
"Jordan!!!!!" M.M. rushed into the room, along with the stantler and nurse from earlier. "What do you think you were doing?!" Are they related or something? I thought. They certainly didn't look like relatives to me.
"I just said I don't know!!!!"
The pokemon shook his head and looked at me with an intimidating stare. What he said didn't shock me.
"You've done it now, miss."
The stantler sounded like he was no younger than 5, maybe 6, and his dark chocolate orbs were clouded with worry and fear. A small smile of understanding played on my lips.
"I know." I said, before walking through the door and running fast and hard.
I leaned on the cave wall and examined the glorious site in front of me. Moss covered the walls and ground, rounding a few boulders that lay permanently in the ground. At the farer and of the cave was a water entrance, and the water sparkled, glowed, and shined from the sun on the other side of the water. I sat on a medium rock near the water and placed my aching feet into the soothingly cold water.
My skin relaxed almost immediatly and a new wave of emotions swept through me all at once. I could only place a few; anger, lonelyness, shyness, and dispare. I just lost my home, I don't know where my BFFs are, and all this stuff has been dumped on me with no warning at all.
OK the wofl that had been following me was a warning but whatever.
I was brought back to reality with water going up my body, and snaking under my broken cast on my wrist. I guess I forgot about it with all the drama, I thought as water surrounded my wrist and cooled the burning that had come from running. After a minute, brown water come from it and evaporated, or maybe it was disstilled. I took off my shattered cast and gapped at my healed wrist. Slightly swollen, but healed.
I tested it; rolled it, shook it, did a little dance (sitting down of course). Perfectly fine! I would have screamed but for the fact I saw a fictional human-hybrid, were-wolf, and a Pokemon, this felt completely normal.
Starring at the water, black fish swam in formations that looked like letters.
F I N D
S A V E
J A N E
I tilted my head slightly to try to understand this message, but the fish dissapeared faster than they came. A shadow loomed over me and a growl ripped throught the air. I froze, barely daring to breath. Hot breath poured on me like an ocean, along with bad breath. Lack of air was getting to me, and I gasped for breath. The animal behind me growled louder and bit a small chunk from my arm. I let out a peircing scream that could be heard all over the island.
