When she saw Lisa's pale expression, she realized that she had probably just suffered a serious blow.

Despite being the true Mrs Jeon by definition, she was still denied any form of genuine affection.

Moreover, as long as she was absent from Jungkook's heart, Clove stood a chance.

When she thought of this, Clove became extremely delighted. However, she still needed to act calm and composed.

Lisa heard this and felt a little awkward, almost as if she had been caught peeping.

If she left now, the people inside would realize that she had come over.

Lisa gently removed her arm away from Clove's grip before she quietly replied, "I've just arrived and haven't had the time to go inside yet."

She then calmed herself down before stepping forward to enter the side hall without any further dilly-dallying.

When Clove noticed that Lisa was intentionally distancing herself, she calmly pulled back her own arm and followed her closely from behind.

When Clove saw Jungkook sitting beside his grandmother in a graceful and elegant manner, she did not have to verbally express her happiness. She simply rushed over and murmured, "Brother Jeon, I haven't seen you for so long..."

Lisa turned her face away because she had no intention of watching Clove behave flirtatiously with her partner.

The moment she saw her, Lisa unconsciously thought of Eunha.

However, Jungkook's gaze and attention were focused solely on Lisa before his tightly pursed thin lips quietly grunted half-heartedly in agreement.

When their gazes met, he saw that Lisa's eyes were filled with coldness. From Lisa's perspective, his gaze was just something that was filled with lust and was devoid of any traces of real love.

He felt anger toward Lisa and simultaneously desired to return home to teach Mina a lesson for being incapable.

Clove became slightly disappointed when Jungkook did not respond to her enthusiasm. Her little face was dyed a shade of crimson.

She approached the old woman and pouted as if she had been greatly inconvenienced.

Old Mistress held her breath and shot a glance at Lisa.

Old Mistress Jeon would not have been so angry if Lisa had not arrived. Now that she had seen her, her heart became ridden with more anxiety.

No matter how one looked at it, Jungkook was her grandson whom she had single-handedly raised. Even if she was filled with rage, Old Mistress would be reluctant to direct it at Jungkook.

However, Lisa was different.

From her perspective, this daughter-in-law was an outsider. Jungkook was right when he claimed that Lisa was dependent on the kindness of others since the Mu Family was now ruined.

She reached her hand out and pulled Clove over before she turned to Jungkook and said, "In a few days time, Clove wants to go to Wintry Lake to sketch. Since you've been slaving away in the office day and night, you should likewise take this opportunity to relax with Clove and others at the Jeon Family's mansion."

The Jeon Family had a mansion called Liu Li Villa that spanned a thousand hectares located Wintry Lake. Since Jungkook liked to take care of the garden there, Liu Li Villa was named after him.

Old Mistress would also usually spend her summers vacationing there.

However, no one else was brave enough to enter as they pleased.

Now Old Mistress want Clove to stay at Liu Li Villa for several days?
