"Mum. It's nothing. Just go do something productive." I said.

"How is this nothing? Payton you left a note explaining your death! Then you walk back in here as if it was never here!"

"Well, nothing happened so, forget it. Why would you care anyway." I mumbled as I made my way up the stairs.

"Payton. If you killed yourself, think about how that would make me look. I would be labeled as a bad mother!"

Of course she would turn that around to be centered on her. I slammed my bedroom door and angrily stomped to my en suite. I peeled of my clothes and showered quickly.

I dressed in All Time Low booty shorts and a loose fitting shirt before grabbing my laptop and laying on my bed. I didn't feel like looking at the insults on my twitter and Facebook so I continued reading my book-New Moon. I was just at the part when Bella and Edward are reunited when a Skype request popped up. It was my aunt Karen. Other than my mum, she was the only one who knew about the cutting. She didn't however know I was starving myself.

"Oh Payton. You can't do this stuff to us babe." She said, almost relieved looking that I answered.

"I'm sorry. It's just everything's becoming so much harder. Everyone's meaner. The push me around like I wasn't even meant to be here."

"When your mom called me saying that you-" she paused, took a breath and continued. "Payton. You can't give up. I'm here for you. Always. Just push through a little longer. You can do it babe." She said giving me a weak smile.

"Thanks Karen."

"So, have your eye on any cuties?" She asked, wiggling her eyebrows

I rolled my eyes as I heard a door slam somewhere behind Karen.

Then someone calling out 'Mum'.

"Oh. Ireland come here and say hi to Payton!" Karen shouted.

Ireland was my cousin. I didn't really have a best friend - or any friends - but Ireland was the closest thing I had to one. She knew everything about me-even the cutting.

"Payton! I've missed you! You have to come visit sometime." She demanded when her face popped up on my screen. We went to the same school but rarely saw each other there.

"I've missed you too! We have to do something soon!" I said excitedly.

Karen laughed at us before excusing herself to get done some washing done. Ireland and I talked for hours about everything. Mostly about her but I didn't mind. About her new boyfriend, her ex, prom. We made a date to go shopping for prom dresses. I had mixed feelings about prom. I wanted to go but, I didn't have a date and it was almost guaranteed I would get made fun of.

Around seven we ended the call. I sat in my room trying to block out the voices in my head. They never stayed quiet for long. I tried to busy myself by cleaning up my room but that didn't last long. I ended up watching A Walk To Remember. I was almost asleep when my phone started blaring from my desk. I lazily got up and looked at the number. I didn't recognize it.

"Hello?" I answered uneasily.

"Payton. We need to talk." A familiar voice said.
