28 // HSC

Charlie opened her eyes and walked through the doors of her old school, The school that tormented her for years. The school that made her life a living hell. Today was finally exams (aka her HSC).

She had been studying everyday that she wasn't with luke. Her deal with the priceable was to do the exam here and be able to study at home. Charlie walked into the main foyer and saw luke with michael, Calum and ashton. luke stopped hanging out with the people that beat her up and just would focas on his band and his real friends like Michael, ashton and Calum.

Charlie walked into the white room filled with people studding for the HSC. Charlie walks over to the Conor and sits down opening her english lit book reading it over and over again in till it was completely in her brain. Charlie heard a familiar voice but she keeps her head down.

"So I herd you replaced me" Lia laughed but charlie kept her mouth shut

"Why so quiet C?" Juliet walked up

"How about you fuck off"

"She fights back? That was a first" Juliet laughed

"Weak" Charlie said under her breath

"What?" Lia and Juliet say in sink

"I said that your weak, you have no strength so you pick on other people for it"

"No. Your the weak one"

"What ever you say Juliet, I feel sorry for you" Charlie walks away

Charlie smiles at the first time she fought back and defended herself. Charlie sat in a Conor of the library and opened her book again. She read book over and over even though she knew it off by heart because she spent forever re reading it every night since 9th grade. She has always wanted to leave and now she had the chance but she needed to get a good score.

Luke looked at charlie in the distance and smiled how she looked so intently at her book reading ever line over again. He loved her so much and would never leave her or do anything to hurt her. He looked back at his book and then up again. Juliet stood before him with her puppy dog eyes and a smirk on her face.

"What do you want Juliet?" Luke puffed

"Come on baby, why are you with that whore?" she snickered

"Don't you fucking dare call her that" Luke yelled

"Don't you want me" Juliet laughs

"No, now fuck off" Luke turned leaving Juliet upset and mad

Luke walked over to ashton and sat down near him so that Juliet would leave him alone. Look look at charlie that was now with michael. Luke always felt jealous when it comes down to Michael and charlie even though she knows that they are just friends and that Michael would never do that or charlie.

The teachers moved into the library to annouce that the HSC is starting and that everyone needs to go to the main hall and start the test. Charlie gets up and walks with Michael to the main hall. Charlie likes Michael she thinks that he is a close friend by the months that they have known each other. Charlie moves to a spare chair and looks at the front of the class room. Charlie feels impatient and unfocused because of her lack of ability to concentrate at times. Charlie has always had problems with concentrating and being able to sit still in situations that make her uncomfortable. Charlie's leg started shaking not noticeable for anyone to see.

Luke looked over to charlie whose leg was usable and hands fiddling around, charlie bit down on her pencil. Luke felt upset that charlie was uncomfortable and scared at the moment. Luke was close enough to charlie to move his hand and hold hers. Her leg stopped shaking and her hands still, she smiled and felt calm again, safe with him. Luke loved the idea that he was the one thing that could stop her from shaking and feeling scared, he love the idea that she loved him and that they where happy. He loved her and the idea of them being a couple and didn't care at all that people saw.

At the start he was a little concerned of his image but he couldn't careless because he was in love with the girl of his dreams. The prettiest girl he has ever met and he was so deeply in love with her. He couldn't see 1 thing that could go wrong.

The test started and charlie turned her page.

Charlie opened her eyes up again after she stepped outside the doors off her school, ex school for the last time. She was done. Forever. She was completely done and she never had to come back.

Charlie was Juliet and Lia walk up with there grins and there prefect hair, there cocky faces where unbearable. Luke have her a look but charlie just didn't pay attention. Charlie started to walk away because Steph was going to pick her up.

"There gose charlie running away again" Lia laughed

"Maybe I should teach her how to respect her superiors" Juliet grinned

"Respect." Lia laughed

"Luke is good in bed, I would know" Juliet grinned

"Who would want you? Luke? He just feels bad for you" lia smirks and steph pulled up

"your a ugly whore!" she laughed and luke started to walk towards charlie

Charlie breathed in a turned around and and walked up to Juliet with a smirk thinking that she had won. Charlie then did something un expected. Charlie swung her fist at Juliet face making her tumblr to the ground, and it looked like it hurt a lot. Charlie smiled and luke stood in ore. Lia jumped back when charlie looked at her, Charlie turned back and jumped into steph's car and they took off. Charlie was so impressed with herself. it was like a movie.

"Bro" Steph looked at her in complete ore

"Got that felt good" Charlie laughed looking at her brused hand.

Charlie and steph got back to steph's house and walked in, Steph pulled out an envelope from her table and charlie pulled the same from her bag. It was there letters, there letters that say. You are accepted or Sorry but no. Charlie holds it in her hand. The university of London. And if she got in she could see her dad and Alex could come to live with her dad so she knew he wouldn't be alone.

"let me open it" We swop envelopes

"Okay. 1...2...3" there count in sink and open the envelopes.

It reads, Dear Stephanie...... we are proud to except you into the university of London.

"You Got It. Steph you got in" charlie shout

"I'm so so sorry Charlie" She bites her lip

"What... I didn't get in"

"Just Kidding. Where going to LONDON!!"She shouts

"Oh my god. I hate you" charlie shout laughing

"You love me" She hugs her

"You really got me going there" Charlie Breathes

"I do drama" She smiles

Luke got a call from management, from one directions management asking for 5 seconds of summer to join them on tour. Luke got what he has wanted all his life but now because of charlie he has a reason to stay, but he would be letting the whole band down if he stayed. stayed for her.
