"RUE, CALM DOWN." the cat had been meowing like crazy ever since they arrived to King's Cross. The only way to calm her was for Flynn to pet her. "Take her, she's quiet with you." she gave him the carrier.

Austin was looking for platform 9 while his children talked- well tried to calm Rue. "I told you that cat wasn't the best idea."

"She's just nervous. We all are." whispering the last bit.

Flynn heard this and holding the carrier in one hand, he used the other to hold Liv's hand.

Olivia had spent the whole night thinking of ways to make new friends, she cringed several times at her awful ideas in her reenactments. Finally she came to the conclusion she was just going to be nice, and try not to embarrass herself completely.

All of them stopped. Austin left the cart with Olivia's stuff making sure they were in the right place.

"Here it is. Platform 9." he turned to see his kids holding hands. "We just run through. Isn't it weird no one notices people disappearing out of the blue after running through a wall?" he scoffed. McGonagall had explained how to get to Hogwarts express previously; Austin had explained his confusion but was met by no answers by Mcgonagall, she thought they were of no use.

Olivia stared up at the big number nine a few feet above her head. She looked to the side and found a matching number ten on another platform. "We aren't looking for platform nine, pa'." she stated.

"Yes, we are. That's what your professor said. Platform nine." he repeated as if saying it again would make it true.

Olivia shook her head. "No, I remember correctly, it was nine and three quarters. This is plain nine, and over there is ten." she pointed ahead.

Austin tried to remember their interaction with the professor. "Right! Strange.. considering no such thing exists." he shrugged.

The youngest of the Whitlocks fixated his stare on a muggle family since his own stopped in front of platform nine. He tilted his head. "Look over there." The mother of said family held onto her husband and ran through the wall, Olivia's eyes widened. "I think I found it." Flynn said.

As they neared the pillar between platform nine and ten, the rest of the family went through.

"I don't know but I'm ready to run. Should we do it together?" she asked impatiently. Olivia wanted to get to the magic world as soon as possible and that made her forget her concerns.

Austin looked over to Flynn and shook his head. "I think you should go first. It's you that's going after all. Here." he pushed the cart towards her. "Full experience." he smiled.

She chuckled but nodded. Her brother placed the carrier and cat on top of the cart.

"Here goes nothing..." she whispered before running into the wall in between platform 9 and 10 and in one second she was in front of a gorgeous red train. "Wow!"

Seconds later Austin and Flynn appeared into view. The boy was mesmerized by the train like his sister so his father had to drag him towards Olivia. "It's huge, Dad. I want to get in. Scratch that, I need to get in." he pulled on his arm.
