chapter 5: giving a bird the bird

The next few days were uneventful thanks to my actions of getting three of the fallen to join me. I could sense that filthy little creep Astaroth stalking Asia. Though he would vanish every time I showed that i knew he was there. He was HIGH on my list but I couldn't do anything to him yet. Knowing his family would put a bounty on my head if I acted to early. Asia ended up joining me instead of Rias, even going so far as moving in with me and the three fallen who now live with me. Needless to say Issei was not happy about this but then again I couldn't care less about what that moron thinks.

Asia joined our school and was in my class, of course I received death glares from the male students. The next contract I knew Issei would do was Mil-tan and I couldn't help myself.

Kaito: "Issei, take these with you."

I gave him a bag that I had sealed shut with some tape.

Issei: "okay, what is this for?"

I shook my head and gave him a serious look.

Kaito: "trust me and don't open that bag, just give it to them when you get there. You will know why soon, oh and tell them 'the knight says hello'."

I could only imagine how he would react when the bag is opened and is revealed to be some limited edition Magical Girl Milky merch.

The following two days were hilarious as Issei sulked and grumbled to himself. But it was finally time for familiar day. I decided to sit out of their battle for who went and who didn't, knowing the outcome would not change. I was invited along as well as Asia and the fallen girls. Once we arrived I looked at the tree ahead of us.

Kaito: "Familiar master we seek your aid"

Asia and Issei looked at me confused as the others didn't really react. Suddenly a man that looked like an older Ash Ketchum showed up in the tree.

We smiled to each other as we began to walk through the forest. We soon reached the small lake where the Undyne lived.

FM: "this lake is awesome, righteous and right. At the bottom, you'll find magical sprite."

Issei became over excited on cue.

Issei: "yeah, sprites are sexy. We hit the familiar jackpot"

I just chuckled lightly at him, causing him to look at me confused.

Kaito: "just watch the lake and see for yourself"

As I finished and pointed to some bubbling in the lake, a large super muscular sprite broke free from the water surface.

We continued walking as the moron sulked behind us. Asia then looked up at me with a smile.

Asia: "the sprite back there, she had really kind eyes. Though tough on the outside, I could tell she has a good heart."

I nodded in agreement.

Kaito: "yes, though tough and strong willed, an Undyne is very kind and loyal to those she calls her friends. I read about her in a book on different mythology."

Asia looked impressed and asked if she could read the book later. To which I agreed to her request, I just couldn't say no to her.

After a bit we suddenly stopped and looked up to find a sprite dragon.

Asia: "awww he's so cute"

Kaito: "a sprite dragon, and a special one at that"

FM: "indeed that is true, when they are mad they shoot a lightning that is blue"

Everyone looked up at the small dragon.

Kiba: "that type of dragon is pretty rare"

Rias: "I think its the first time I've seen one"

FM turned to us quickly.

FM: "do it now if you want this one claimed, once these dragons grow up they can never be tamed."

Akeno: "go ahead Issei, since you have the red dragon"

I shook my head looked to her.

Kaito: "I am sorry for Isseis sake, that won't work. These dragons hate other male dragons."

I heard Asia and Mittelt cry out in surprise. I turned to realize, the green slime slipped my mind. As I grabbed the wonder ride book, the green slime covered my arms and eyes.

I then saw Koneko punch the pervert to the ground. I growled in anger as I could hardly move with this slime hindering me. I focused my energy and destroyed the slime at that time I noticed the girls. Free but mostly naked, I averted my eyes the best I could as I saw Issei about to hug Asia to protect the slime.

I got in the way shoved him aside. I was about to destroy the slime on Asia when blue lightning did it for me. I smiled warmly to the little dragon as it landed another blow on Issei. The little guy then landed on Asias shoulder.

Kaito: "looks like the little guy likes you"

Asia hugged the little guy as he looked at me. I smiled and scratched his chin, causing the little guy to smile.

Issei: "what the hell?!"

I looked at him annoyed.

Kaito: "one, my dragon is female. Two, I wasn't showing any signs of a threat to Asia. And three, I'm not a perv like you."

We gathered together as Asia made the slrite dragon her familiar. Asia then held her dragon as she looked at me.

Asia: "a name just popped into my head"

I looked to her, confused.

Asia: "I will call him Raito, that way when he is with me it will be like you are too."

I smiled warmly to her and nodded.

Kaito: "I am honored"

Issei stepped close and held a hand out.

Issei: "well it's nice to meet you-"

As expected, he got shocked by Raito.

Akeno: "perhaps, you need a familiar too?"

I shook my head.

Kaito: "I have an idea, though it will only work if she wants to"

The others looked confused as I pulled out Jaaku Dragon.

Kaito: "what do you say Ankoku, will you be not only my partner but familiar as well?"

The wonder ride book opened suddenly, followed by a flash of purple light. Before us floated a large purple Loong, just looking at me. A horn matching the blade of my sword pointed from her head, her deep crimson eyes and her deep purple armor like scales.

Ankoku: "I will agree on one condition, you grow even stronger"

I smiled and nodded

Kaito: "I was planning on doing that"

Ankoku nodded and I did the ritual, once I finished however, I felt a sudden surge of power. After that we left for home though if I remembered correctly, HE will be showing up soon.

Won't that be fun.
