"CONTESTANTS PLEASE LINE UP AT THE STARTING POINT." instructed Midnight as everyone walked to the large tunnel that led to the entrance. Todoroki and I stood at the very front of the giant crowd of students waiting for the game to begin.

-(Y/n)'s POV

"NOW, TAKE YOUR PLACES EVERYONE!"

The audience cheered for our first challenge, succeeding the arrival to the main entry of the race, I cracked my knuckles and watched the three green lights shine.

Within those green lights held our countdown.

Looking behind me, I came on the frontline realising Todoroki was beside me. He watched me menacingly, detailing everything I did to prepare myself.

*Beep!*

One of the green lights abruptly blacked out, leaving two more lights to go until the race started.

The opening of the map was slowly opening, but silently, indicating any second now the second light was going to shut down.

"Make sure you don't trip"

I turned sideways and saw Todoroki locking eyes with mine.

"It should be you saying that to yourself" I responded.

*Beep!*

One more to go..

Due to it being an Obstacle Race, my Quirk can put me at advantage. Maybe I will use my most common and simple move to win this race.

*Beep!*

"ALRIGHTY! LET'S BEGI-"

*BOOM!*

The second the third light dimmed, I active "stop zone" and sped towards the pathway in a straight line, outrunning mostly everyone.

I can see the giant robots approaching from far away but they can't do anything to me.

As I run pass the robots,  I look behind you see Todoroki already has freeze all the participants to the ground but some of my my classmate managed to escape at time.

I must say that was clever move.

I stop before the second obstacle, undoing my quirk I think I should show them some of my skills. I smirks.

3rd P.O.V

"Todoroki from Class 1-A! He attacked and defended in one hit!" Mic announced. "How elegant! Amazing! He's the first one through! It's, you know, practically unfair!"

"His actions were logical and strategic."

Aizawa countered.

"As expected of someone who got in through recommendations! He'd never fought them before, but those Robo Infernos couldn't get past his elite moves!"

Aizawa smirks knowing what you did.
