//time skip to entrance exam// at UA//

your P.O.V

It was early in the morning when uncle Aizawa called me saying i have to be present at UA's entrance exam that he has a surprise for me. We all know, that uncle Aizawa is someone who wouldn't take no for an answer. So here i am at UA's teacher lobby sitting on a couch.

U.A.'s been one of my most favourite places. The times I came here when I was younger have always stuck with me. I've met countless heroes in training who are popular heroes today, and that's how I've got some ties to certain heroes.

I heard that it was gonna be the same as last year. But you can never trust rumours that go around. U.A. can be pretty unpredictable.

"Dammit, Mic..."

I looked over to the side door I walked through and I saw Uncle  Aizawa tuck his phone into his pocket after what it seemed, a phone call. I caught a glimpse of his face and wow, he seemed to be in a foul mood now.

Shikes.

I raised a subtle eyebrow at him. "What happened?" I asked, shimmying on the edge of the couch.

Uncle walked over to me while rubbing his face, clearly irritated. "Stupid idiot Mic said he's gonna be late. He won't be on time for his one job," he grumbled.

"What job?" I asked.

He took a step forward and plopped himself down on the same couch as me. He leaned back, clearly stressed. I shuffled over a little to make space for him.

He folded his arms. "His job was to take care of the Exam Orientation and explain the Practical exam rules. And since everyone else is busy doing their own parts for the exam, we've got no one else to pick up his job," he explained, "We need to get someone else to do it."

"So he begged me to tell you that you have to do it."

When he said that, my eyebrow raised in question. "What, me?" I said pointing to myself, a bit baffled. He shook his head slowly. "Well, we've got no one else. You'll have to do it," he sighed out.

I gave him a look which clearly said to him that I don't want to do this.He looked at my face, then raised an eyebrow. "Don't give me that. You're doing it," he said firmly.

After he confirmed his word, I decided to give up. He doesn't change his mind easily.

I folded my arms across my chest. "Man...Okay, that's fine and all," I paused, "but it'd be kinda weird to see someone their age ordering them around, don't you think?" I told him.

He shrugged his shoulders, turning his gaze away from me. "You'll be fine. They'll find out soon enough that you have connections to the school. Nothing you can do about it," he said as if it were inevitable.

At his chill reaction, I really just gave up and sighed, letting myself sink into the couch more (These couches do be comfy though).

Whatever, I guess it won't be so bad. I'll be able to see who some of my future classmates are at least.I sighed. "Okay."

After unwillingly taking the job, our convo came to a close. I completely forgot about the surprise.

I made my way to the stage. Unfortunately, due to the image of Uncle Shota's death glare burning in the back of my mind, the show must go on.(TwT)

Bravely trying to ignore the eyes watching me, I crossed the stage and hastily stepped onto the podium, taking my place. I looked out into the sea of people, then slowly, grabbed the mic and adjusted it.
