So it was a Sunday afternoon I was doing laundry in the laundry room downstairs and I checked all of the cupboards because I am nosy and I left to give my sisters there laundry and when I got back all of the cupboards were open but I known that I closed all of them before I left. so I looked in them again and in the one there was a knife next to a piece of paper (it was a map of the house) so I picked up the knife and put it in the kitchen downstairs because I thought it might've been my sisters playing a prank on me.
