Addison's Pov.

"Are you having nightmares?" She asked when we arrived at Joe's.

"Yeah it's just... From the past experiences. Did you heard me shouting?"

"Yeah that's why I waked you up. You were also crying."

Whenever I sleep, I always have my nightmare with me. I don't know how to get rid of it.

I take a sip of vodka first before I speak.

"I had my ex girlfriend named Celestine. We've been together before I got rich. Until one day, the news recognized me as the "best neonatal surgeon" in this state. Some hospital requested me to work for them but I don't want to so I stayed to the Hospital I've worked for. I was busy working until 3 months ago my girlfriend cheated on me. I saw her naked with his bestfriend. Boy bestfriend. Then when we were arguing the boy was there then I found out that after I become rich, she loved me because of money. Not because I was her girlfriend."

"No offense, where's the trauma there?"

"I got accident that same night. I was in comma for a month. I recovered 3 months ago."

"Oh fuck." She reacts. "I'm sorry I shouldn't reacted like that."

"That's fine."

"You can change the topic if you don't want to talk it anymore."

"What about you? What's your story?"

"Well what do you want to know about my life?"

"You decide. The secret you could share with me."

"I had a terrible childhood. When I was 5, my father left me with my mother. And my mother was sleeping with the chief so I was left alone. For the years that I'm in this world, my mom wants to always control me. At first I thought it's good because she's just showing me what's the best but when I already grew up, it's-- it's too much."

"What's the feeling of being the daughter of a famous surgeon in the whole world?"

"It was nice that your family was familiar with everyone but sometimes I'm tired of being part of it. You get it? Everyone you met asks you "Is Ellis Grey your mother?" or like "You must be intelligent like your mother" like.. What if I made a mistake? What if I was not like her?"

"Based on hours that I have know you, you seemed to be a good surgeon. I watched your mom operate at our hospital before she retired. You have your own strategy Dr. Grey. I know your different."

"Thanks for the compliment."

I looked into her green eyes. I can see how beautiful her soul inside of her.
