~Isolde's Point of View~

It was like the world around me vanished when Damon uttered those three words to me. I was left speechless. I knew I loved him back. There was no doubt about it.

Staring back into his waiting eyes, I was just about to return the words when the world erupts around us. A bomb. My body is flung off of Damon and across the room. The office is lit up in flames and my body stings with pain as it hits the wall. My lungs are filled with smoke every time I try to breathe. I try to get up to get over to Damon, but my body collapses underneath me. I try a couple more times, but the same thing happens every time.

Trying to keep my conscious was useless as I could feel my head getting heavier and heavier. My mind started worrying over the thought of Damon and if he was ok. He was the single reason keeping me awake. Pain was surging through my body when I heard the door slam open to the office. Two men walked in, with blurry eyes, all I could see was black clothing but no facial features. I hated the position I was in because I couldn't do anything. They continued making their way in, their boots making loud stomps on the wooden floor. Trying my hardest, I tried to move my arm to my waist band of my leggings wear my pistol sat. Within seconds, the two men found me, and I had yet to make it an inch closer to my gun.

"This her?"

"Without a doubt," the other answered, before bending down to my level. With my eyes closed, I could feel him wrap his arms underneath me and pick me up. Pain flowed through my body at the sudden movement. I could feel all the broken ribs, burns, and cuts all over my body.

"Put me down," I breathed out. The pain was unbearable, but I couldn't sit around and do nothing.

"So she is alive," one of them laughed. I tried to move, but pain struck me again.

"Boss is going to love her like this." And that is when the world went black.

~Damon's Point of View~

Opening my eyes, I woke up in a hospital room. Trying to sit up, I immediately laid back down realizing my body ached everywhere. Memories of last night hit me. The bomb. The fire. Isolde.

Fuck. Where is Isolde? Immediately, I reached for my phone on the side table, ignoring the pain that shot through my side. Going straight to my favorited contacts, I clicked on my father's and called him. The phone rung about two time before he picked up.

"Where is she," I said impatiently, not waiting for him to say anything.

"Damon, I need to talk to you."

"I asked where Isolde was," I urged.

"I know, but I think it's best I talk to you in person," he sighed. Pulling the phone away, I clicked the red button, ending the call. Impatiently, I waited in the silent room, the beeps filling the room. I watched the heart monitor rise up down, over and over again. It felt like ages pasted before the door opened revealing my father and Isolde's, both looking exhausted.

"Couldn't get here any faster," I mumbled, trying to push myself to sit up. The pain meds the nurse gave me were starting to work, but not fast enough.

"I tried, but we came here from the warehouse, and things are chaotic there," he groaned, before his phone starting ringing. Picking his phone up, he rolled his eyes looking at the contact before answering. "I'll be right back," he worded before walking into the hallway and out of sight.

"What does he mean the warehouse is chaotic?" Micah looked up at me, uncertain if he should answer or not.

"You can probably guess why, my house just got blown up." I sighed, knowing there was something else no one was telling me about, something to do with Isolde. A few minutes passed before my dad walked back in.

"Sorry about that, they just got some more information on her."

"What do you mean on her? I have a feeling there is something you aren't telling me here." Both of the men in front of me shifted on their feet, awkwardly standing there. Moments passed before my father finally spoke.

"The night the Gonzàlez house was attacked, they didn't leave empty handed, they took her." It felt like my world just came crashing down. They took Isolde, the one person I was supposed to look after and always keep safe, I couldn't. After all, I had just told her I loved her. I was ready to tear apart everything to find her.

"How did we let this fucking happen," I mumbled.

"I don't know. We don't have much information on her right now but we guess they have her some where in Russia. The night of the attack, just two hours after there was a private flight out to Moscow, Russia. We can look into that more, but I also have a suspicion on David, the man you and Isolde talked to. I looked at my security tape and listened in on the conversation you two had with him," I took in every word my father was saying, trying to piece the puzzle together. "I think he has something to do with it too. He has wanted Isolde for a long time and has always had his eye on her. I think since you didn't take the deal with him, he blew the place up and gave Isolde to the Russians. Who knows, he might have blown the place up anyway or have nothing to do with it, but that it just my idea." It was a good possibility. After hearing what David had done to hear, I had no doubt in my mind that he would do that to her.

"I think we need to go to Moscow, and search their facility there. There is a good possibility that they could be out there. If she isn't, it is a pretty big warehouse we could take out. It would hurt them majorly." I started taking the wires out of my arms. The pain meds were really starting to get to me.

"We all set to go?"

"Let's go find my girl."

~Isolde's Point of View~

I opened my eyes to a dark metal, empty room, chains around my wrists and ankles, and my waist tied to a chair. My head was pounding and my body ached everywhere. Memories of the fire flashed into my brain, reminding me of everything that had happened, but not how I had gotten here.

A metal door screeched opened, alarming me someone was entering the room. Shaking all the fear away, I put on my best brave face even though I could barely hold up my head.

"Aw so the Mafia Queen doesn't have her power, what a pity," a voice echoed from the dark. I knew that voice. My head jolted up, a sneer painted my face.

"How about you stop hiding in the dark and show your disgusting face." My hands clenched, wanting so badly to jump out of this chair, but the chains held me back.

"You really want to see me, how sweet," he laughed, coming out from the shadows, a smirk hinted on his lips.

"God, you're such a dick," I mumbled. I could he tell heard me by the way he stomped over to me, stopping right in front of my face.

"Say that once more time and see what happens," he challenged.

"You are dick," I smirked. Not a second later, a punch was sent to my stomach and a slap to my face.

"I'm going to have so much fun with you, and no one is stopping me."

Someone please get me out of this, I'm begging you.
