Koga woke up before doing his two-minute pushup, sit-ups, and pullups before heading downstairs to eat breakfast with his mother.
They talked almost until Koga left to go to his regular workout. He spent a good two hours there before taking a shower there and cleaning himself up. He rode back to his house and parked his bike outside and walked to the door.
When he placed his hand on the doorknob, he felt a familiar presence inside. He opened the door and set his bag down before hearing laughter and chatter coming from the living room.
Lord Phenex: Well look who's here. The champion has come home.
Lady Phenex: This is quite the house you have.
Koga: Lord and Lady Phenex, what are you doing here?
Riser: Don't forget me.
Koga: You're here too?
Riser: I wanted to drop by on how my champion is doing. You're on summer break, correct. Why don't you drop by my club again? The devils are very eager to see you fight and the girls in my peerage like having you.
Koga: I appreciate the offer, but I'm going to decline. I assume my mother told you about what she's been through.
Riser: She has.
Koga: I want to spend the summer with her. We still have a lot to catch up on.

The five sit down on the couch before getting into a nice conversation. They talked about what Koga has planned for the Uzaki clan, but he just told them what he told everyone else. "I don't want to be a king or a leader." Type of answer.

The talk went on for another hour.
Lord Phenex: This talk has been fun, but I think we're ought to head back to our clan.

He leads them outside and they see Koga's empty driveway.
Koga: So what is it that you want to show me? There's nothing here.
Riser: You'll see.
He forms a magic circle in his driveway and Koga places his hands on his head. Flames appeared and as they died down, an image of a car came into view. The car was revealed and Koga's eyes widened.
