Scenario 1: (A) and (B) got into an argument because of * insert problem * at first it was calme . That was before (A) started getting angry quickly. It got a little serious until (A) said something hurtful or hit hard (b) without doing it on purpose. They wanted to apologize but what's done is done
Scenario 2: (b) ran away after having an argument with (c). (C) said something hurtful to them or hit them before they ran away or hide but (a) quickly found them to comfort them
