You're with Tony at one of his parties. You were fine at first, but the loud noise and all the people quickly got overwhelming. You waited a bit too long to leave, so when you finally do your distress shows on your face.

You walk out into a quiet hallway, slide down the wall, put your head on your knees, and try to calm down.

Tony saw you rush out and quickly excused himself from his conversation to come find you.

He doesn't see you at first since it's dark, but he comes over quickly when he does and kneels down in front of you.

"Hey, hun, you okay?"

You look up and offer him a tired smile.

"Yeah, I'm good," you lie, not wanting to disappoint him. "You should get back, I'll be fine. Just needed some air."

"No, you're not fine you dirty little liar," he teases gently, taking your hand in his. "Why don't we get you up to bed?"

"No, I'm fine. I just need a minute."

"Uh huh. Sure. You know I don't require you to come to these things if you don't want to, right? I want you with me, of course, but you need to take care of yourself."

"I- I just don't want to disappoint you. Or for you to think that I don't want to be around you."

"You know you think entirely too much about this kind of thing, right? I just want you to be happy and calm. I know if we have a problem it will be very clear. Loudly clear. Tossing small things at my head clear- hey!"

You shove him in the shoulder and he laughs.

"See? I know when you're annoyed! So, I won't think there's a problem if you would rather sit upstairs with a book and a candle than talk to twenty people with music blaring in your ears, okay?" You don't say anything right away so he gives you a pointed look and a very exaggerated, "Okay?"

You smile, secretly relieved. "Okay."

"Good. Let me walk you up."
