About a week before hitting 8 months.

A scary moment happened for the both of them.
He was at the junk yard looking for a few pieces for his projects. It was 3am.
D/w was at home. Leo stayed up to keep an eye on her til he got back. Said he'd only be a couple of hours. Leo got up from the couch and made his way to their room.
He opened the door and instantly started to panic. "What happened?" He asked as she was on the floor on all four panting uncomfortably. "I.. don't know.." she panted clearly in pain. "I. Um. Let me call Donnie." He spoke as he quickly called him tell him what was happening.
"I just needed to pee.." she spoke as the pain cleared up. She leaned back as Leo was talking. She didn't focus as she looked down at her legs burrowing her brows. "Um. Leo." She spoke moving her legs slightly. "I'm bleeding." She spoke making him look over. "Tell Donnie I'm bleeding." She spoke unsure. "I think my water just broke." She spoke as she touched her wet leggings and smelled it. It didn't smell like pee. She spoke as she went to stand up. "We'll don't sTaNd up!" He squeaked slightly as he was still on the phone. "I need to actually pee this time and I have to get out of these wet clothes." She snapped slightly. "Hep please.." she spoke as he pulled her up carefully. She grunted slightly in pain. Her side was slightly cramping.
Leo pulled away from the bathroom giving her a moment of privacy as she went to use the bathroom.

A few minutes passed.

Leo walked up to the bathroom door. "Hey D/w?" He spoke. "Yeah?" She spoke. "You alright. You've been in there for a bit."
"Yeah well getting on and off the toilet isn't exactly easy. Neither is changing clothes." She spoke. "Are you still bleeding?" He asked. "No."
"We'll here's some clothes." He spoke opening the door and setting them on the counter and then shutting the door.

A few more minutes passed.

"You doing alright?" Leo hollered slightly.
With that she owned the bathroom door looking exhausted and slightly pale. "Yeah." She spoke.
"Are you sure you're alright?" He asked. Making her nod. "Just. Help me back to bed please." She spoke as he nodded. As a reflex. He leaned down lifting her up. "Not what I meant but thanks." She spoke as he carried her into hers and Donnie's room.
He carefully sat her on the bed. "Donnie's on his way. Should be here any moment."
With D/w fell asleep pretty quickly as Leo shut the door.

Couple of weeks into 8 months.

Donnie hasn't let her leave the bed. He's been pretty strict about her staying put. It was still early to give birth and didn't want to chance it for he didn't have the equipment for a premie baby.
It was in fact her water that broke.
But there was no contractions or dilation. And Donnie was sure to check every few hours over the last few weeks. Which definitely made D/w uncomfortable.
It wasn't his intentions but it needed to be done.

It was about 2 in the morning when D/w started feeling a strong cramp. Donnie was snoring as she woke up to the pain getting stronger and stronger. She groaned slightly grabbing her stomach. Then the pain went away.
She laid there a moment debating on whether or not she needed to wake Donnie up.
She took another deep breath feeling the pain again. A very familiar pain making her groan out slightly.
She suddenly felt her clothes become wet as she sat up. The pain grew stronger as she took a deep breath. Leaning on her side slightly hoping it would ease the pain.
She felt the pressure drop giving another sense of familiarity making her smack Donnie quickly. "Donnie. Wake up." She spoke in a loud serious voice as she started whimpering. Feeling the baby drop. Breaking out into a sweat.
"Donnie Donnie Donnie Donnie." She whispered grunting in a sudden pain as she could feel her body pushing slightly without actually pushing.
"Donatello!" She screamed smacking his face slightly jolting him up. "What what! What?" He spoke half asleep. "Donnie. The Baby is coming." She spoke making him slowly come to his senses. He burrowed his brows as she's whimpered. He pulled the blanket back seeing the massive wet spot. It was like it hit him. "What!" He yelled slightly as she started to cry out in pain. "He's coming. Like right now." She grunted leaning back. "What! You're still a month away." He spoke in a panic as he quickly got up. "Um. Okay. We got to get you to the lab." He spoke as she started kicking the blanket. "He's coming now now." She cried out this time not being able to keep quiet.
"What is! -oh my." Raph yelled busting through the door but quickly turned around as D/w was spread eagle. "Oh. Raph. Good. Go get some towels and blankets and my med kit." He spoke as Raph just waved him off walking out as R/w rushed in. "Oh my lord." She spoke walking in as D/w yelled out slightly biting on her arm to keep from waking any of the kids up. Specially emery.
"What's happening?" She asked walking over. "We're having a baby." He spoke in disbelief and still slightly taken off guard as he is watching D/w carefully.
"But you said-"
"I know what I said. She wasn't even a cm dilated yet." He kind of snapped in frustration. "We'll I can rest assure I'm fully dilated." D/w yelled out slightly. "D/w quit pushing." Donnie spoke seeing the baby's head. "I'm not pushing!" She yelled as the pressure intensified.
