************one year later*************still in Mark's POV**********
"Will you marry me?" I say as I get down on one knee. I hope she says yes , I love her and the kids do to.
***********Grace's POV**********
I can't die, I know I'm having seizures and I can't leave. My mom will kick my dad and siblings out, my mom will end up dying, and my dad will get married. I can't! I tried everything in my power not to let God take me now.
"Good Job team we saved her." I heard somebody say. After they said this I opened my eyes.
" I'll go tell the family that they can see her." Next thing I know my parents walk in and they are hugging and kissing me.
" I had a choice, and I chose you!" I said. My parents heard me say that and they smiled I knew I made the right choice and I was happy I did.

If your confused with what just happened was everything that happened in this after Grace died was the future showed to her with what would happen if she chose to die. She chose to live and so she woke up instead of her dying and everything else happening.
