Description:
Undyne is the captain/head of the royal guard in the underground floor of nazarick, she has an impressive amount of HP, DEF, and STAMINA, she's inlove with the royal assistant 'alphys' and deeply respects and knows sans as her superior, she works for and protects the dreemur family, she is weaker than shalltear In base, and stronger in 'the undying' form being able to match up with the guilds second best PvP'er, lord touch me. (that is not a joke that is actually his name, like wtf)

Battle outfit:

Basically the armor she wears in canon Undertale, the armor shifts when she uses the undying form providing 100,000 stat increase in DEF, and 70% speed decrease

Weapons:
She can summon blue magic spears, BUT she does have a physical 'main spear' that she mainly uses, the 'main spear' is larger than the magic spears and it has a higher ATK increase of 20%

Attacks/spells:

Magic spears:
Deals the same as the base ATK, is a blue colored magic spears that can be summoned and thrown wherever the user wants, they can turn red doing extra damage but it will cost double MP [1,000MP per spear]

Green soul:
Undyne completely stops all physical movement from her target, allowing her to attack freely, however she must give the target a way to defend themselves [500MP per second it is active]

Battle cry:
Increases the users ATK and DEF by 20%

Oceans wrath:
When near a body of water the user can freely manipulate it into anything the user desires, may cost more MP depending on how much water the manipulated object ends up having

Low tier determination:
Undyne has a determination meter which slowly rises by 1 per second she is in a fight, the max for this meter is 500, meaning to max out she will have to last for 500 seconds, by every 50 points her stats will increase by 5%, she can release a wave of determination causing double her base ATK but her meter will go back by 100, also the higher the determination the higher the MP
