1. Alice is actually a human that Shinki kidnapped and brought to Makai. It was there that she became a magician youkai.
2. While the events of Mystic Square were happening, Alice was under a spell that regressed her mental and physical age.
3. Alice remembers everything in PC98 canon, so the reason she never appeared in PoFV was she was too afraid of Yuuka to show up.
4. Her grimoire was powerful enough to not only wipe out the PC98 era in its entirety, and use the "ultimate magic", but to create an entire pocket dimension (with the best stage music in my opinion).
