There was a calmness with the way the earth below her body seemed to shift underneath her. She wondered if Draco would find her, she couldn't find the strength to scream his name as the tears fell onto the cold stone floor. He couldn't know yet, he couldn't. Drip. Drip. The seeping red crimson seemed to fall from her wound as the floor had changed colors underneath her. The world turned black as the girl fell unconscious, Draco had been searching the castle hours for his beloved Pansy. He hadn't seen her since breakfast earlier that day, as he passed down the hall a flash of red had caught his eye from the classroom he had just passed. He stopped in his tracks turning around to face the door, he slowly crept towards placing his hand onto the doorknob. He opened the door as a loud creaking sound came from the door, he never imagined what he would come face to face with when he opened the door. Vengeance. Vengeance was all he felt when he held Pansy closely in his arms as he raced to the hospital wing with her. Seeing her like that destroyed his every being, he should've went with her. He was pissed at himself for letting this happen to the woman he loved. Immediately entering the hospital wing, Madam Pomfrey sped him away so that she could give Pansy the help she needed. Draco spent that time pacing his room endlessly, he was going to find out who done this and they would pay for it. Pansy wouldn't speak to anyone when they came to visit her, she stared blankly at the wall as if she were stuck in a trance. Draco visited her every day, he knew she'd talk in time, but whatever happened was traumatizing to her. On the fourth day in the hospital, Pansy looked over towards the platinum blonde who was asleep by her bedside. "It was Theo." She said in a hoarse voice unaware if he actually heard her or not. Draco head flew up and he stared at the girl, "what did you just say?" He said angrily. Pansy felt the tears fall down her face quickly, " h-he hurt me, Dray." Draco held her as they both laid on the hospital bed, "I've got you, always. I promise." Madam Pomfrey finally released Pansy a few days later, Draco made it prominent that she would be staying in his room from now own. He decided to keep the situation on a down low for the time being he was determined to do whatever he needed to protect, Pansy Parkinson. When she returned from her classes, Pansy found Draco soundly asleep on his bed. She sat herself down onto the bed watching him for a moment as he was lost in his napping. After everything that happened to Pansy, she found her comfort in Draco. The boy stirs opening his eyes to meet Pansy's green ones, "How was class, love?" He asked her while sitting up stretching his limbs. "It was alright, I'm still a little weary." She says looking down at her fingers as she played with them. "Come here." Draco states pulling her into his embrace while placing a small kiss on the top of her head. "You deserve the world, you know that?" Draco says looking at her for what seemed like a century, she was beautiful. "Can I take you to Three Broomsticks tonight? It'll give us a chance to escape this place for a little while." Draco asks sweetly entangling his hand with hers. Pansy nods her head, "I'll go get ready then?" She says placing a small kiss on Draco's lips. Pansy spent the next thirty minutes getting ready for her date with Draco, when she finally finished she walked out to see him dressed in an all black suit. Damn she thought to herself when she laid eyes on him, she smiled " you look handsome." She says chuckling a bit. "You always look beautiful, Pans." Draco says placing a soft kiss upon her cheek. "Ready to go?" He asks her holding out his hand for her. Pansy smiles taking his hand as they both walked hand and hand to Three Broomsticks. The evening was great as they both sat there and talked about their week at school. They also talked about the Triwizard tournament they would be held in the next couple of weeks. For the first time both of them felt as if they were able to be their real selves in front of each other. As they finished their meals, they decided to take a late night stroll through the gardens. Pansy felt like herself and she wanted to be able to put her trauma behind her. Once they finished up for the night, they made their way back to Draco's dorm where they spent the night watching movies together.
