Happiness is necessary.
Purpose is mandatory.
Happiness is merely a scale.
“On the scale of 1 to 10, how happy are you today?”
We'd only think about our mood for today,
the exact time when we were being asked.
But do we even know how it will change for the next 10 or 15 minutes?
Purpose keeps use alive.
It's a solid base for a long period of living.
It'd keep us moving forward.
“I'd build a castle from gold for my future child.”
And everytime you wake up, the urge of working and hustling will keep you alive.
Because when we have a purpose,
we live for tomorrow,
for the day after tomorrow,
for the next ten years.
For a better us.
