The city state of Djasa is a really big city, the size of Washingtong D.C that holds what is left of the nearly extinct naga species, the city is extremely defended as to avoid anyone, maybe a faction as powerfull as Albion from barging in and finishing them off.
Djasa, the city itself is much much bigger than it appears holding farmland, water supply and much much more

The city state form of goverment is a council, direct and barely corrupt, the council wants to help its people and keep them safe from what remains of the hunters, although highly skilled, the Djasa Militia's biggest weakness is that, its a militia, no uniform is standard and the guns are even less so, going from a wide variety of single action shotguns, revolvers, some very few semi-auto pistols, Lever action rifles/carbines and even less Bolt action rifles, their organization varies from very good, to mediocre.
