Carried me to your shore,
Waves beckoning me to plunge deeper
Till I find myself in an ocean of you
I let go of the wisdom holding me back
I let go of the little voice telling me
It's all too easy to drown

Naked and afraid
Swimming in thoughts of you

Along with my spiteful heart

Like a huge blood spill,
Ugly and messy
Opening all wounds
That time couldn't heal,
Nothing a little love couldn't fix
