Ahhhh! My alarm woke me up and scared the shit out of me... Again.

I'm getting annoyed of this song, but I'm too lazy to change it.

Dammit I forgot to pull that curtain last night.

I wanted to sleep a LITTLE bit more, but the sun was getting the fucking best of me.

I picked up my phone and saw 2 text messages from my best friend; Samantha.

Well, Sam for short.

"Morning Bitch, stop at AL'S before work." Yes this is my bff.

"Will be there bitch," I replied

Work.

Unlike most people I loved my work.

I'm a nurse at St.Mary's Health Centre.(A/N I made this up)

Sam and I work in the same department.

I checked my phone 7:ooam,"Shit!" I exclaimed

I scampered off my bed and went straight into my bathroom.

After taking a quick shower and brushing my teeth, I dried and got my uniform.

It was a white button down shirt and black skirt and I love to wear my flat black pump at work.

I like to go light on the make up; so I only applied eyeliner to make my eyes pop, mascara and cherry

lipgloss. I loved my hair, it was waist lenght and was natural brown. I normally did ponytails for work.

I rushed downstairs to get some breakfast.

The only sound I heard was a faint snore. Wait! Snore?

I grabbed my purse and held in a defense position.

I pushed the door and was shocked and..... Happy?

"JAYDEN!" I yelled and startled my brother and caused him to fall off his bed; face first and all.

I laughed loudly at the sight before me and jumped on his back.

"Oww,"He whined.

"You sure have grown over these six months,"He mumbled

"What?" I asked. He got up and extended his hands; I gladly took it and he pulled me up.

"I'm kidding," he said and placed a kiss on my head,

I looked at my brother and ran my hand over a cut on his forehead.

"Grenade,"he shrugged

"I missed you." I said sadly

"I missed you too," He said as we embraced each other.

Jayden was in the army, like some soldiers, he came home every six months and leave the other six.

"Why didn't you tell me you were coming back?" I asked disappointed. I would have cooked something special for him.

"If I had told you, it would not be a surprise," He said flatly

I shrugged.

"Check these out!" He said excitedly as he lifted up his shirt and revealed a six pack abs.
