THE RIPPER

CHAPTER 17

Eric glared at the professor with unbridled rage, he wanted nothing more than to lunge at the guy and rip him to pieces but with him being strapped to the table alongside the inhibitor collar on his neck, all he could do was let out a roar to express his rage.

Professor: now, now dont be like that. After all, its thanks to me you are who you are today. Your abilities have been pushed beyond what you and I thought possible, now look at you a marvel like none other.

Eric: you bastard! Ill kill you!

Professor: how unfortunate, and yeah I thought you would be happy to see me. That night you left you hurt me you know; you destroyed every sample we had of our success, leaving us to start from square one.

Eric: left? Hahaha you make it sound like you didnt kidnap and experiment me, I escaped! I escaped that hell hole that you call a lab. You kidnapped me and tortured me, along with countess kids, so dont you stand there and act as though you did me a favor.

Professor: that is sad, it really is, that you feel that way about me and my research but you see after you left oh sorry escaped, we had so many trials over the years but none of our attempts of replicating your success were successful.

Eric: you bastard what did those kids ever do to you!

Professor: now, now, settle down with you here there is no need for all that anymore, because we have all we needrighthere.

The professor came close and began running his fingers across Erics face but quickly withdrew his hand as Eric snapped at him attempting to bite his fingers off. Eric snarled at him when he saw the smile on the professors face. The professor turned and began to walk away.

Professor: Science thanks you for your contribution.

The professor left behind his last word as he left alongside the agent. The hooded figure followed soon after before the door locked behind leaving a screaming Eric alone and strapped to a table.

With Agent Michaels;

Agent Michaels had decided that he was going to rescue Eric. Deciding to send Elise along with Rose out of the town before he moved to rescue Eric.

The entire town had gone insane reminding one of a scene from the purge movies, people were going on riots on every street with gunshots resounding almost every minute. Public services had gone down the police had become useless with their station raided by the rioters, but with all this the was still no help from the outside.

The professors men had surrounded the entire place and blocked all exits as well as disable their connection to the outside leaving them completely isolated, but Agent Michaels had thought of way to contact the E.V.O to request for backup.

Elise: are you sure about this?

She asked as they headed out of their motel room which had miraculously remained untouched in the chaos. She held Rose tightly to herself with agent Michaels in front of her and Valerie behind both with guns at hand.

Agent Michaels: not really but we have no other options. With the entire town gone crazy we cant just sit still.

Elise nodded before carrying Rose in her arms, as they began to head out, they made their way to their cars quickly but came to a halt when five men came each holding some sort of makeshift weapon.

Guy 1: Oi! This cars ours now so s*d off, oh and leave the girls behind.

The men had a lecherous grin as the man finished speaking, Elise was shocked, she couldnt just how quickly these men had changed. Not long ago these men had been a part of society leaving by the law but now they had revealed the monsters within them.

Valarie moved from behind her to the men, surprising Elise putting her guns away she spoke up.

Valarie: leave these morons to me.

Surprisingly Agent Michaels agreed and put his guns away watching her head towards the men. Elise wanted to protest but Agent Michaels motioned for her to be silent and watch. With a few strides Valarie was but a few inches away from the men with a seductive smile etched on her face.

Valarie: so who wants to dance.

The men began to laugh amongst themselves but before the guy who spoke first could react, he felt an undesirable amount of pain which sent him down to his knees with both his arms over his family jewels. Valarie had delivered a fast and deadly kick to his family jewels causing all the men observing to feel a cold breeze around their own family jewels and tighten their legs.

Moving quickly while her opponents were still stunned, she moved to one guy grabbing his weapon and using it to deliver a blow to the gut of the guy closet to them and causing him to keel over before using the weapon to strike the owner of the weapon below his jaw, knocking his lights out.

Dropping her weapon and spinning around she caught a bat in mid swing and head butted the dude leaving him with a bloody broken nose before ducking to avoid a steel pipe from the dudes friend which sent the dude straight down.

His friend came to a pause disbelieving of what he had just done to his friend, turning around he came face to face with a heel which knocked him out.

Valarie: all clear

Elise remained slack jawed watching the scene with Agent Michaels being the first to speak looking at the first guy who was groveling on the ground.

Agent Michaels: poor guy.
