After an "eventful" weekend, Jesse and I went back to school. Jesse seemed happier. Which is great and all but I still can't rap my head around the Alyssa problem.

"Hey Sam, you okay?" He said snapping me out of my thoughts. "Oh. Yeah. Im fine. I can't help but notice that you've been happier lately." He shrugged. "I guess you could say that. I am really happy. I have a loving foster family, my awesome brother is back,  cool friends, and I really beautiful girlfriend." He kissed my cheek. I blushed. "What more could I ask for?" He put an arm around my shoulder. I shivered as his touch brushed upon my skin. "D-does Tracy like his new room?"

"Yeah. He stayed up all most all night putting up posters and stuff but still woke me up in the morning."

"You gotta love him. He sounds like the best brother in the world."

"Trust me. He is."

A few minutes later we got to school and we split up. I headed to my locker almost getting tackled by Michelle. "HI!" She screeched. I waved. "Sammy, I wanted to invite you, Jesse, and Tracy to a bonfire tonight." I grabbed my books. "Who else is going?"

She shrugged. "My brother, Duncan's sister." I nodded. "Sure. I'll come and I will ask Jess if he wants to come. Then he can ask Tracy." She squealed. "Yay!!! Its going to be super fun!" Yeah...super fun.

.................................
The day seemed to just drag on and on. Nothing too intersesting happened. Surprisingly enough Alyssa left me alone today. But that doesn't matter because tonight im gonna have fun... hopefully.

I walked into my house saying goodbye to my parents as they left for work. I went up to my room with Buki following me. Shutting the door, I sighed and put my phone on the speaker blasting New Perspective by Panic! At the disco. Jess told me he'd pick me up at five and it was only three. Mentally sighing I flopped on my bed and tried read Vladimir Tod. My favorite book series. Then in sixty minutes i'd get ready.

.........sixty minutes later........
I sat up and put my book down. I went to my closet and picked out red, black, and white checkered pants, a skillet t-shirt, and some fish-net gloves. I went into the bathroom washing my face and putting on my new clothes. I put on my pants first then my shirt. I looked into the mirror and redid my make up. I put on eyeliner doing a cat eye. I put black eyeshadow on and red lipstick.

"There. Perfect." I grabbed my gloves and put on my black ballet flats and took my Totorro hoodie. Grabbing my purse and phone, I stepped onto my porch. I sat down on the steps and popped my headphones on. They were black with skulls and red roses on them. I prefer headphones to earbuds... I don't know why.
I put on I write sins not tragedies by Panic! At the disco.

A few songs later Jess pulled up and I hopped in the back. "Hi Sammy!" Tracy and Jesse said in unison. I giggled. "Hello guys!" He got out of my driveway and headed to the beach where the bonfire was being held.

This is okay so far. Nothing bad has happened so far. This is good...only good things can come tonight. Otherwise...

I shook that thought away and cranked up my music.

Before I knew it we were there and I got out. Jesse wore black skinny jeans, a red v-neck, and white sneakers. Tracy had on jeans, a green shirt along with a leather jacket, combat boots, and a black beanie.

We walked along the coast until we saw a flame along with a few people sitting around it. I started to run over there and saw Michelle and her brother Mitchell along with Duncan and his sister, Ireland. Michelle had on a dress that went to her knees. It was blue and white stripped at the top and black at the bottom along with white sandals.
