Upon not wanting the moment to end August changed his order to 'to go' and left the Krusty Krab.

Once outside he took the grilled cheese sandwich from the bag and held him up "So... what do you want to do?"

Though not spoken verbally August and the Grilled Cheese (GC) agreed to spend their day at Glove World.

When they arrived GC payed for both of them, "oh you don't have-" a still hot piece of cheese fell to the ground, August instantly understood. "Ok ok fine, you can pay but next times on me ." August chuckled.

They had the time of their lives at glove word, they got cotton candy cloves together that August fed to the GC, they went on the baby train ride because GC was afraid of heights. They laughed together when GC kept loosing in ring toss. August ended up playing for GC and won the glove stuffed toy GC really wanted. They laughed together, screamed together (mainly just August, GC kept himself under control), August even helped GC to find his bottom bun that he had lost when they went on the swings.

"Haha, oh my god, your so funny oh my god stop- s-stop haha" August hunched over as he laughed his ass off. "God your so fun, I'm so glad I met you today...." August settled down, a big smile on his face, GC being the cause.

They stared into each other's eyes, taking the other in.

August picked at his cuticles feeling nervous around the GC. " Would it be weird... if I... I don't know... said I love you?" GC flattened, staring deeply into Augusts eyes.

The tension was rising.

August leaned in meeting GC half way, when they separated they stared not knowing what else to say. August could see the lingering cherry cotton candy from earlier. The small pits of dirt and grass stuck in GC from when he lost his bun. But god did he look beautiful, AJ knew that GC was the one. Was his other half.

The remaining 2 inches between them gone as they met in a deep kiss. The outside world blocked out. GC's crust tasted like dried cheese, crumbs breaking of from the toasted buns. The slight taste of dirt from the earlier accident. But August didn't care, not even with the piece of grass stuck cheese got in his mouth.

They don't know how long the kiss lasted but when they broke apart they couldn't help but laugh. A blush crept onto August's cheeks as he looked away.

"Today was nice... did you have fun?" August asked GC who was sitting on his kitchen counter. "Well I'm glad, I had fun too."

Silence.

"Yea your probably right, I'll head to bed...." August got up to put GC in the fridge upon request. He bent down so he was at eye level with GC. "Thank you for today, goodnight." He leaned in, leaving a kiss on GC's cheek.
Today was a good day.
