Chapter 3: working diligently👩🏽‍💻 pt 1

Okay so this will be one of two chapters with first person POV. It will also have 3rd person POV cause I suck at writing in first person. This chapter will have pink(Chan) and yellow (felix) .

Author POV:

After the meeting was over pink went over to yellow to ask where he needed to go for the next round.

"hey yellow"

"hey?"

"I was wondering where you were going this next round?"

"I have wires in cafeteria and then I have to go to weapons after. How about you?"

"I have to go to oxygen"

"oh okay, I'm Felix by the way" the boy stated with a smile.

"nice to meet you Felix, I'm Chan" the other responded.

They both introduced themselves to each other before deciding to go their separate ways.

Time skip (cause I'm lazy)

Pink (Chan) POV:

I was in oxygen completing my trash chute task. I was concentrating on completing this task as I had already fucked it up the first 5 times I tried it. I was growing irritable and impatient. I went on for a while until I finally completed the task.

"I swear to god if I have more tasks like this I'm going to kill myself before the imposter even has a chance to"

I sat on the ground and just started to space out. It was the first time after coming on the ship that I had some alone time and could finally voice my thoughts aloud without nobody judging me.

I was sitting with my back against the wall and my knees up to my chest. It was so quiet in the room that it almost made me feel uncomfortable. My thoughts finally took over and the voices started discussing amongst themselves. This happened for a good 5 minutes until I heard footsteps in the hallway.

"who's there? Hello?" I started to panic as I was confused why I heard footsteps and no one was there.

"hey pretty boy, man do I ever feel bad for doing this"

This was the last thing I heard before everything went black.

Author POV

Felix was in Cafeteria doing wires when Chan had left him. He was humming a soft tune to himself while he was connecting his wires.

Yellow (Felix)POV

I was struggling to fix the wires in cafeteria. I was confused at first how they worked as there wasn't any descriptions on how to do the task.

"Why the fuck are these wires so hard to connect to each other" I was growing more frustrated and irritable.

After about the 10th try I was finally able to finish my task. When I finished the task I closed the panel and placed my back against the wall. As I let my body slide down the wall I let out a sigh. When I was on the floor I pulled out my tablet to see what task I would do next.

"Hmm I think I should go to Weapons to do my asteroids and do a download" I was sad and felt lonely.

"I wish Chan and I had the same tasks, I would feel safer knowing that someone is with me"

'I hope he's safe ' I thought to myself while I was sitting on the floor.

I groaned as I got up as my legs were sore from standing doing the wire task. I proceeded to walk out of Cafeteria to go to weapons.

Time skip (cause I'm being lazy again)

I arrived in weapons and sat in the chair to shoot the asteroids in outer space. My legs felt instant relief when my butt hit that chair. I sat there for a few minutes before deciding to start my task.

"Last one, yes!" I shouted as I shot the last asteroid completing my task. I was sitting there for so long that my legs had fallen asleep. I dragged myself out of the chair and to the download task in the corner of the room.

"ugh I hope nobody hops out of this vent and kills me" I muttered "Of course I get the task that is on top of the vent"

I sighed as I started my download task. All of a sudden I heard creaking under me. I immediately froze and looked down to the vent under my feet. There was nothing there so I sighed a sigh of relief. I continued doing my task until I heard a voice.

"man why do I have to kill one of the sweetest people on this ship"

That was the last thing I heard before I felt something grab me and the room went black.

Okay guys I'm sorry for such a short chapter here but I hope it at least leaves you with some suspense.
