I woke up from what little sleep I managed to get, to find my aunt not on my bed anymore. I checked the time on my phone and was surprised it was 6am. That meant I only had roughly around 3/4 hours sleep.

I groaned and tried to get out of bed. Please do note the word 'tried', Pain shot through my side which caused me to still my movements. I let my breathing calm before trying again.

It tuck me about 4 tries before I was even standing up and by that time my aunt came back in my room carrying a tray full of pancakes. She gentle helped me back into bed explaining that with all my wounds I would need to rest today to make sure they would heel for school tomorrow.

School. I completely forgot about school. That means that I won't be able to avoid Trevor. I just pray to god that he doesn't mention Friday, because I certainly do not want to talk about it. Not again anyway.

The doorbell rang and both my aunt and I gave each other funny looks, because who on earth would 1) be awake at this time of the morning and 2) knock on our door? well, ring our door bell.

My aunt scurried off to answer it while I finished of my pancakes, which by the way were delicious.

Just as I moved the tray of my lap there was a knock on my door, I looked up to see my aunt and then someone behind her, that someone was the person I was hoping to avoid.

My aunt tuck my tray and quickly left my room leaving just me and Trevor.

"What are you doing here creeper?" I got straight to the point because I was in no mood for games.

He just smirked at me, "what princess? You don't even ask how I knew where  you live? Or did you expect me to know as I stalk you?"

What sort of reply was that? I groaned out of frustration and looked him dead in the eye. "What are you doing here Trevor?"

A simple question, which should be simple to answer.

"I came to see you, and to urmm, to say thank you. You know, for the other night? When you was stupid enough to risk your life for me and my friend."

"Yeah well, I couldn't let you die could I. So with that said, you may leave now."

I knew I was being rude, but we wasn't friends, we just talk in English and that's it. We are more like acquaintances.

"Look Maddy, I'm serious, if it wasn't for you me and my friend Luke would have been dead, we both owe you our lives."

I looked at him, he was being deadly serious. That just made me feel even worse for being rude.

"Trevor, I did what I had to do, don't over think about it. Just forget about it. How are your wounds anyways? "

"My wounds are fine now, thanks. Well I spoke to my mum and her friend, they said that to say thank you they are inviting you and your aunt for a BBQ next weekend. Everyone wants to meet you."

I knew exactly who everyone was. It was the pack. I couldn't do that

"Thank you for the invitation, but I can't. Anyway is Luke alright? I havn't seen him to make sure."
