Suguru and Satoru watch the two girls at the front who were walking, chatting, and laughing amongst each other. Akari giggles more on Shoko's sense of humor. They have bought asome things from stores that a flourished this city's marketability, especially the crosswalk. The Oda brunette didn't have much in her hands while Shoko did. Besides, the girls couldn't be left alone for a second without any other men approaching them.

They went to lingerie shop next that Suguru and Satoru had to wait outside for them to avoid the embarrassment, awkwardness and respect women's choices.

Akari was even more embarrassed going in, but Shoko immediately hooked her arm around her's and took her against her will. Gojo and Geto were bored out of their wits while they waited for them outside and ignored a few other young girls gawking at them for their good looks.
When they spot Akari and Shoko walking out with more shopping bags, to their amazement, they see Akari smile from ear to ear. All of the lights— from purple to red to blue to yellow and other fluorescent pigments that brings the metropolis to life at night — glitters her own majestic mauve eyes, which is making her look charming.

The excitement of a girl from the countryside has became oblivious to everyone's stares as well. She is more content that she has bought something she actually needs now that she is attending to a "private school." Along their way to a new destination, Akari has kept on helping people like an elderly couple to cross the street, which Shoko gladly tags along since she wants to be a "doctor." There was even a cursed spirit hanging onto a poor child's neck, which Akari instantly removed with a swift hand motion for no one to notice. She was being kind towards non-jujutsu sorcerers.

After walking from sometime to put their shopping bags away at a outside locker they have rented for the night, Akari's new female senior sighs before taking out her pack of cigarettes from her pocket and lighting one up. "You two are fucking annoying." Shoko turns to her classmates to wave them away.

"I can take care of our new little junior, so bye."

"You know fully well that we cannot trust you a majority of the time since you always run off during our missions." Suguru emphasizes. "We should get something to eat in the meantime. What are you all craving?"

"Whatever you guys want...I'm cool with it." Shoko declares as she stomped on her cigarette to the floor. "As long someone is paying." she directs her brown eyes to Satoru.

"I have paid last time." he tries to find a justification so that his classmates could stop freeloading, because he is rich. "Suguru, you're next."

"Says someone who bought an expensive throw blanket in Kyoto."

Akari decided to step out of the circle as the three were bickering that she went to sit at bench nearby to rest a bit. Finally sitting herself and seeing her new seniors are being indecisive, she flips her phone open to view over 25 messages, missing calls and voicemails from Mia.

The voicemail box must've already reached it limited capacity. Her thumb clicks on one of the arrow buttons to view a photo album of them together at her former high school and their adventures, even silly ones too. When her eyesight started to get fuzzy, she flutters her eyelashes to notice she is crying subconsciously.
She didn't leave a letter for her at all, which made her sad, yet she knew that writing a letter to Mia was going to be the hardest one. Akari quickly wipes them away and breathes out a smile in hope to see her again when she is stronger.

Footsteps approach before her. The Oda youth looks up at the familiar person.

"Suguru and Shoko went to a fast-food restaurant to eat. Do you want to go with them or somewhere else?"
