Amelia had been staying with Madison. She knew she missed Tom. But he hadn't even contacted her at all. She just didn't know what to think.

Amelia smiled as she saw Poppy walking in. "Are you my mummy's new bestie?" She asked.

Amelia laughed and nodded. "I am. But if you want, you can be my little bestie too," she said.

Poppy giggled and nodded. "I ike you better than Amber. She was mean to me," she said.

"Well she's gone now."

Amelia and Madison went into school. Amelia saw Izzie and sighed. "She still hates me," she mumbled.

"She doesn't. She's annoyed. But she doesn't hate you. I promise. When you were away, she kept asking if I'd heard from you. She was worried," Madison told her.

"Yeah right. I know I messed up. And you don't know how bad I feel for it all. I loved Tom. And maybe I still do. But I just want to move on. And I don't know how I'm meant to do that," Amelia mumbled.

Madison smiled. "You take each day step by step. You face it like the trooper I know you can be. And if Tom comes back, you have the option to either make it work, or go your separate ways. It's all you can do," she said.

Amelia nodded. Knowing Madison was right. But she couldn't stop thinking about Tom.

Amelia was sitting in the common room. She looked up as Izzie walked in. She sighed. "How are you?" She asked as she looked at her.

Amelia shrugged. "I'm okay I guess. I just don't know what to do. My head feels like a mess and it's just... I don't know," she mumbled.

Izzie sat down opposite her and smiled. She took her hand. "You know I'm always here for you. I've raised you all your life. So I want you to know that you can always talk to me. I don't care what it's about. But you can."

"Thank you. That means a lot. I know I hurt you and I'm sorry I never meant to," Amelia said as she looked at her.

"All in the past. Okay?"

"Okay."

Sitting in class, Amelia was getting some snide comments thrown at her. She hated how she had become the talk of the school.

Amelia stood up and looked over at Danielle. "You got something to say?"

"No. I was talking to Aleesha."

Amelia rolled her eyes. "Yes. About me. So keep your comments to yourself. Or I will smack you. And don't think I won't," she told her.

Danielle nodded and sighed. Amelia sat down just as the teacher walked in. Madison smirked. "She needed told. Well done."

Amelia sighed. "I'm just sick of the comments. I messed up. Yes. But I just can't keep dealing with all the crap."

"Stand your ground bub."

Amelia was sitting in the park. She looked up as she felt a shadow hovering above her. She saw Tom standing there. "Tom?"

"I'm sorry. I've just been laying low. It hurt me when you left. And I just needed to get over it," Tom said.

Amelia sighed. "Are we going to get past this?"

"I don't know."

Amelia looked at him and felt a tear slip down her cheeks. But could she and Tom find a way past all that had happened?
