Lilith groaned as her phone began to ring. The sunlight almost blinded her as she opened her eyes. She reached over to her telephone and picked it up. "Hello?" Lilith's voice sounded strained as she spoke. "Hello, Lilith." A dark voice spoke. Someone was obviously trying to imitate ghostface with the voice changer, but the voice was way too low. "Nice try, Cory." Lilith smirked as she read the caller ID. "Damn it." Cory mumbled.

"How do you think your mother would-" She was cut off by a click from the other line. Lilith smiled as she hung up the phone. Sighing, she buried her head into her pillows. "Lils, you have to see this!" Estelle Francis, Lilith's roommate, rushed into the dorm. Lilith groaned. She was hoping she could at least get 10 minutes more of sleep, however her roommate had other plans. "Get your lazy ass up and look at this!" Estelle nudged Lilith's leg.

She heard a click then the sound of the TV that was in the dorm. "Two Windsor college students were killed last night during a sneak preview of the new movie Stab." The reporter on the television informed. Lilith sat up in her messy bed, watching the screen as it showed the movie theater. "No information has been released about the victims, however their names have been given out to the public. Maureen Evans and Phil Steven were seniors at Windsor college. Police are speculating that whoever did this could possibly be the Woodsboro killers, Billy Loomis and Stu Macher."

Estelle clicked off the tv then looked down at Lilith, who was squinting at the now blank screen. "Think it has something to do with you?" Estelle asked. "Obviously. I'll talk to Randy about it." Lilith brushed the matter off. Truth be told, she wanted to forget about everything that happened back in Woodsboro. She was a different person back then. Although, it was hard to forget when almost every crime show talked about her story.

"You coming to the party tonight?" Estelle asked while Lilith stretched her limbs. "I told you I don't do parties." She yawned. "What did parties ever do to you?" Estelle asked. Lilith looked at her with a 'are you joking?' expression. "Oh, right." Estelle remembered her friends horrific past. To be honest, Estelle reminded Lilith of Sidney in a good way. They were so much alike that Lilith almost convinced herself that her dead friend was living through Estelle.

"You should come anyway. It'll be fun." Estelle pressed on. "Maybe. Do you know where Randy is?" Lilith questioned, standing up to get dressed. "I believe he is in film theory right now." Estelle answered after checking her clock. "I guess I should go talk to him about all of this." Lilith said, talking about the murders from last night. "You gonna be okay?" Estelle asked, pausing what she was doing to look at her friend worried.

"Why wouldn't I be?" Lilith plastered a fake smile on her face before slipping away into their shared bathroom. She closed the wooden door behind her before looking at herself in the mirror. Her fake smile melted off her face and was replaced with a blank expression. Ever since that night in Woodsboro, Lilith has felt numb. She doesn't feel fear, sadness, or happiness anymore. She feels plain like the life had been sucked out of her. She rinsed the sleep out of her face before returning to the dorm.

Lilith grabbed a outfit out of her small closet, laying it out on her bed. "I'll see you later. Tennis practice." Estelle informed Lilith, closing the door shortly after. Lilith slipped her oversized shirt off her head, hoping no one was looking through her window as she changed into her new outfit. She looked into the mirror that hung on the wall. She grabbed Billy's jacket that she has kept all this time, slipped it on, then left the dorm.

"What's up, Lils!" Mickey Altieri, Lilith's friend, and Randy exited their shared film theory class. "Mickey." Lilith grimaced, pushing his arm off her shoulder. "Did you see the news?" Lilith asked Randy. "Yes, I did. I think it has nothing to do with us." Randy explained as the three left the brick building. "What are you going to think when he comes after us?" She asked

"What makes you think the killer is going to come after us?" Randy asked. "Hello, they were killed during a preview of a movie that's about us! The killer also wore a white ghost mask!" She defined her reasoning. "Little lady here has a point, Randy." Mickey spoke up. "Let's just wait it out." Was the last thing Randy said before he walked away from the two.

"I'll walk you to your next class." Mickey smiled. "Terrific." Lilith said sarcastically, rolling her eyes. The pair walked away from the brick building towards Lilith's writing class. "You really don't have to walk me. I'm perfectly capable of walking myself." Lilith clarified, not wanting to burden Mickey. "I want to though." Mickey persuaded. Lilith sighed in defeat. "Why do you wear that ugly jacket? Don't you have another one?"

"It belongs to someone special." Lilith replied, dismissing his insult. "I have a better jacket you can borrow." Mickey offered. "No thanks." Lilith gave him a tight lipped smile. "You should come over tonight. We could watch Halloween, your favorite, eat some popcorn, what do you say?" Mickey asked as they reached Lilith's class. "Not tonight. Sorry." Lilith answered.

"Oh come on. We barely spend time together... alone." Mickey said. "I'm not doing this with you right now, Mickey." Lilith finished their conversation by entering her writing class leaving Mickey deserted in the hallway.

Who does that fucker think he is? Trying to steal his girl away from him. He was her true love, not whoever this guy was. She may not know if he is still alive, but he was always watching her. He knew her schedule by heart, knew who she was friends with, knew who she didn't like, and knew that this guy won't give up on trying to go out with her. Calling his jacket ugly. Who did he think he was?

"I'm starving, Billy." Stu whined. Billy shot him a glare. "Just a minute, Stu." The two killers were hiding behind a building, watching Mickey leave the building he had just entered with Lilith. There was something off with this guy. "She's in her writing class already, can we go now?" Stu whispered. "Fine, Stu, fine! Lets go!" Billy snapped. The two snuck away from the building, careful to not be seen, before leaving the campus.
