Chapter 2

I woke up to the sound of a car crash I went down stairs to check what happened. The blue car was back and four boys were coming out of it. They must have picked up a friend. Ms Weasley was running down the stairs to wait in the living room. I looked at the clock to see what time it was but this wasn't a regular clock. The clock had multiple hands with the faces of the Weasley children on them, and where the hours would be was writing. Ginny, Percy, miss Weasley and mr Weasley were at home where as Ron, Fred, and George were going from traveling to home. When the door opens the four boys walked in the kitchen shushing each other, "She probably didn't notice we were gone." one of the twins said. Ron finally noticed me but before he could say anything about me Miss Weasley started yelling. " WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN. Harry how wonderful to see you dear. BEDS EMPTY, NO NOTE, CAR GONE. You could have died you could've been seen. I'm not blaming you Harry dear." "They we're starving him mum" Ron replied while Harry shook his head in agreement. Ron continued " There we're bars on his window.". Miss Weasley obviously still angry yelled "YOU BEST HOPE I DON'T PUT BARS ON YOUR WINDOW RONALD WEASLEY" miss Weasley stopped yelling to say "This is Gaby she will be staying with us till she is eligible to move out. She is staying in the guest room across from Ginny's. She is in your year Harry and Ron so maybe talk you know become friends". I waved at them but when no one said anything I walked to the kitchen to make breakfast for everyone. I was used to making breakfast that was my job at the Delacures make breakfast and clean the house.

I made everyone cereal or Pb and j sandwiches which everyone enjoyed. "Thank you Gaby for letting have a break from cooking" miss Weasley said while she washed the dishes. "It's no problem miss Weasley".

I walked upstairs but must have gone up an extra flight because I was in a giant room with The Chudley Cannons poster all over the room. " Ginny get out of my room" Ron said from a far corner. "Umm it's Gaby your new roommate I guess. I just wanted to say hello since we will be on the same year next year. So I will leave. Sorry". "It's ok. I'm Harry this is Ron we are in our second year of hogwarts." Harry said. Ron just gave me an annoyed look I til I said "Are you a chudleys fan, I've loved them since I was a kid. They havent been doing well this year because of that new keeper right?"  Ron's face was glowing at the mention of the quidditch teams name.

We talked about quidditch for an hour and I learned there was a team at Hogwarts and that Harry was the gryffindor. " Everyone come down stairs your school letters have arrived." When everyone including me were sitting at the dinner table miss Weasley started handing out the letters "Geez mom do you see this list all gilderoy books that must be expensive." The freckled twin said. "That's quite all right we will manage".

"Alrighty everyone gather around the fireplace. We are going to travel by floo. Take a bit of floo powder, step in the fireplace, throw the floo powder at the ground and say very clearly where you want to go." Said miss Weasley. I told miss Weasley"I can go first miss Weasley I'll take Ginny with me." "Yes please Mom" Ginny asked. "Alright that'll work then Harry and Ron together, Fred and George together, Percy you can do it by your self and then me and Arthur will go together."

I stepped in the fireplace hugging Ginny tightly so we stay together and said Diagon Alley as clear as I can seconds later we were at the Leaky Cauldrons fireplace. We moved out of the way so that the others could come through. After a few minutes everyone was in the restaurant. We headed to the back and walked through the alley. Ginny had to het some robes with me so we went with miss Weasley to Madame Malkins Robes for All Occasions. Everyone else went in to Flourish and Blotts for books.

When we met up with the group the line for books was a lot shorter so we could almost see the cashier. Ron and Harry had ran into their school friend Hermione and I introduced myself to her. After a few seconds the daily prophets worker ran into the store. "Ladies and Gentlemen, Mr. Gilderoy Lockhart" Someone said over the announcements. Mr. Gilderoy took one look at Harry and gasped pulling him right to his desk. "What a surprise" Gilderoy said "Harry Potter here to purchase my autobiography Magical Me which is currently celebrating its 27th week atop the daily prophet bestseller list. He had no idea that he would in fact be leaving with my entire collected works free of charge. Not only that but anyone he shopped with as well free of charge!". The Weasley all howled with excitement. This meant they could get better quality supplies like quills and parchment.

" Bet you loved that Potter can't even go to a book shop without making the front page" a blonde boy said. His hair was combed back with gel. "Leave him alone" Ginny Hermione and I said at the same time. "Draco be nice" a long haired man said as he walked in the door. "I'm Lucious Malfoy, Draco's father. And what are these" he said picking up the books from Ginny's new cauldron. "I hope these aren't your books for this year they look like they're a thousand years old". "Leave Ginny and the rest of the Weasley out of this" I said firmly. "And who is this Draco" his father asked, "I have no clue father, must be his girlfriend" Draco teased.

The Weasleys rushed out of there, their friends following.
