Chouji , Ino and Shikamaru are 6 in this story . Chouji and Setsuna have 5 years of age difference .

Chouza POV

After being her father for 5 months , I finally understood Setsuna . She may be a one of those bipolar people. One minute she's angry and the next minute she's not .

So far I've discovered that she have 2 personality , one is the usual , cheerful energetic girl you see everyday and the other one is the quiet and lazy person . I haven't found out more about the other personality since it's a rare case .

Right now I'm knocking on the bathroom door begging for Setsuna to come out . Why ? Since she was sick , I need to give her the medicine , but before I could even pour out the medicine to the spoon ,  She had took off with her new found speed , to the bathroom .

So back to the present time , I am still asking her to come out . "Tsuna you don't have to be afraid of Mr.Medicine , he will make your headache disappear ." I comforted .

"No ! Mistew (Mr) medecin twasted awful ! Tsuna hwates 'im (him) !" She shouted .

I sighed , the doctor did say it's bitter so I know it didn't taste good but I never thought it would be this difficult to feed her.  I managed to trick her into drinking it the first time but now ...... *sigh*

"Tsuna , if you eat Mr. Medicine then you'll get better in no time . If you get better then I'll train you ." I consoled .

She didn't answer me as quick as I thought so it makes me worried and paranoid . I understand that being a father to a little daughter will have that effect on you . My worries disappeared though, when the door slowly opened as Tsuna make her way to me . Her big piercing green stared up at me . " If Tsuna get bwette (better) will papa twain (train) Tsuna ?" She asked , hope were clearly seen in her eyes .

I chuckled and ruffled her hair . " 'course I will , you are an Akimichi too , even if you don't want to be a ninja I will still train you to protect yourself ."

She smiled widely and closed her eyes " Un , Tsuna will be a nwinja! Yay !" She laughed happily .

"But before that Tsuna need to take her medicine first ,right ?" I asked .

"Hhhhaaaaiiii " she pouted .

I took her the kitchen where the medicine were . When we're done with the medicine , I fed her .

Chouji POV

Dad ordered me to play with Shikamaru today since Usa chan is sick . Poor Usa chan , I can just imagine her crying because of that green , bitter medicine .

While I was thinking about Usa chan , Shikamaru poked me . I turned my head towards her direction and titled my head " What ?" I asked.

"Where's your sis ? You're usually around her at this time ." He inquired .

"She's sick , that's why my dad send me here . He didn't want me to get sick too ." I answered . Deep inside my mind I wonder if Shikamaru actually cares for my sis . But maybe not ....... I mean ,  he usually ignores her and complains that all women are loud and troublesome .

I shrugged my shoulder not wanting to think of it anymore and instead I focus my mind on the book that Dad gave me . It's about chakra , he told me to read it while he was taking care of Usa chan .

I'm gonna attend the academy soon that's why I need to read some books . My mind began to wonder if Usa chan will become a ninja . She did have a choice but I prefer her to become a simple village girl. That way she will be free from any harm .

I hope Dad will be able to take care of her. The last time Dad took care of her care of her , she went  missing for a day .

Setsuna POV

Ugh , of all the things that had to happen to me , why does it have to be a cold ? To make it worse,  I have to drink this green bitter thing  again !

'You know you won't have any choice Tsuna . Either you drink that thing or you'll never get better for your ninja training. ' Yuu said.

I sighed , I know that I won't have any choice . Father is now cooking porridge for me to eat . 'It's not like I hate it Yuu  , I'm just not used to it . I was always alone and I have nobody to take care of me , well , except you .'

'Well , you need to forget that . You are not alone Tsuna , remember that this family will always be with you and so will I . '. Yuu answered.

I smiled gratefully at him , suddenly , my door opened to reveal papa carrying a bowl of porridge . My face scrunched up unintentionally when I saw the green liquid. " Come on Tsuna , the sooner you get better , the sooner you'll get started on your training. " papa said.

I nodded and opened my mouth to eat the porridge . I loved every moment of it since I've never been treated this way before . When I'm done eating , he fed me the green liquid then tucked me to bed . Before he left , I managed to whisper 'Thank you Papa.' which made him smile caringly at me .
