"You know it's funny-" Lilly states.
"What is?" Theo asks.
"I don't know. Just my whole life, meeting you. Everything." Lilly admits.
"How long has it been?"
"Two years." Theo says.
11 Months.
16 Days.
Lillian looks at her phone, mumbling words.
Theo asks, "Where are you going?"
Lily looks at her old friend sadly, "I'm being chased. By my family and some people who want to put Terror and me in a cage.
"Oh." Theo says looking at the parallel building.
Lilly grabs her things, getting ready to say goodbye.
"Wait." Theo says, "What if I come with you. The same people that are after you are after me. I'm on a kill list because I deserted my post to escape."
Lilly looks at the tall, lean boy. With brown chocolate eyes studying hers. What if I come with you?
"Terror?" Lillian asks in her head.
"Is he lying?"
Terror plainly says, "No. Let him come. You need a friend. Not that anything would ever happen to me because I'm the greatest hottest bestfriend you know. You know I can sense emotions, his heart's in the right place."
Lily studies him, "Come on."
Theo catches up to her, leaping across the buildings the way we came. They jump off of the building, onto the alley way. By this time, the sun has slowly started setting. Giving them the protection at night.
Theo huffs, "So where are we going Angel."
"To see a friend." Lilly explains as they get on the bus.
