Another long chapter :3

Beep Beep Beep

A beeping sound echoed through my head. What was that? I groaned, feeling sleepy all over. I heard muffled voices.

"He's alive!"

"Well, you're lucky he is, if he wasn't, I'd have killed you!"

"Oh. Great. Another white."

"Why how dare you."

Groaning, I tried to turn over in my bed, and the bickering instantly stopped.

Silence.

Then, "Well he's not dead."

"He could've been killed."

I was seething with anger. Why couldn't they argue in someone else's room? I struggled to sit up and blinked a couple of times, my eyes adjusting to the bright light. Looking around, I saw Cyan, fast asleep in a chair, and orange and purple were glaring at each other.

"What happened?" I asked, groggily.

Purple continued to glare at Orange. "This idiot decided to lock you in your room-"

"I decided to give him a time out for kicking me in the knee-"

"So she jammed the door with this piece of wood and then we heard screaming. When we tried to open the door, the idiot couldn't get the wood out!"

Orange bristled. "I'm sure that I didn't push it in that hard."

Cyan cleared his throat. We all spun around. He must've woken up when Purple and Orange were bickering.

"So, we are ready to discuss the punishment now?"

Purple and Orange nodded. Cyan called an emergency meeting and led everyone down to what seemed like a courtroom. He sat on the judge's seat. I saw Green stand on the defense side, and purple on the other. Orange sat in the accused section, and Cyan told me to be the first witness.

"Witness, your name and occupation," Purple said.

"My name is White. I am an astronaut." I heard a "duh" muttered from Orange, but everyone ignored it.

"What happened the day you were attacked in your room?" Purple questions.

A devilish thought crossed my mind. What if I could accuse Orange of working with the Imposter? I craved to see Orange locked away in the underground jail, after what she'd done to me. I looked down at my bloody knuckles, wrapped in bandages.

"Well?" Green said.

"I don't remember a lot..." I lied, making my voice as convincing as possible. "I remember that when I stepped into my room, the door swung shut and I couldn't open it. Then, I saw Gray (Grey). He said that orange had done a good job of locking me up so that he could kill me. He charged at me, but I knocked his helmet off. For some reason, he ran away. He looked like he was going to use a portal shard thing, and he did. The portal opened but then he punched me in the head." I pretended to wince and rubbed my forehead. "That's all I remember."

Purple looked at Cyan. "Your honor. The victim's testimony states that Orange was collaborating with Gray. She should be locked in jail for two years minimum.

In my head, I smirked as triumph washed over me. Looking at Orange, I saw that she was wide-eyed.

"Either Gray tampered with his brain or he's lying!" Orange snapped.

"That is quite a strong accusation," Green said, monotone. "However, you lack key importance. Evidence. Do you have any evidence, White?"

A cold blast hit me, and I mentally screeched in my head. What should I do? Without thinking, I pulled out my phone and went to videos. All of a sudden, dark purple streams blasted from out of my fingertips and dissolved into my phone. I saw a new video being made. I quickly skimmed over it, and saw everything I had mentioned in that video! Woah! I had magic!

"Do you?" Green demanded.

"I do," I said. "I keep a video on my phone to protect my valuables sometimes."

I saw Green's eyes widen, as well as Orange's. "Let's see this evidence." Orange snarled.

I gave my phone to Purple, who cast it onto two giant monitors. I watched the video replay. Showing me stepping into my room, and Orange slamming it closed. I watched as I rushed over to the door, trying to open it. Then, I heard Orange-in-the-video say: "Have fun with the Imposter, White. He'll teach you a lesson to not mess with me."

Inwardly smirking, I glanced at Orange, whose eyes were wide. After the rest of the video was done, Cyan glared at Orange.

"Guilty." He said. "The sentence will be determined tomorrow. For now, the defendant can be released to enjoy the fresh air that she will not get during jail. Dismissed."

Orange's eyes widened and her face drained color. Stepping up, I smirked and walked down the hallway. I heard Orange run up behind me.

"Where did you get that video?" Orange seethed. "I didn't lock you in your room for that reason!. I did it to show you not to kick me in the knee! I didn't know a few moments in your room would cause so much damage! Where did you get that video! Tell me!"

"I made it," I replied in a soft voice. I bent down and whispered in her ear. "To show you not to lock me in my room. It's surprising," I continued. "That one, a short video can cause the most pigheaded person to spend years in prison."

Orange glared at me. I could see something else, besides hatred in her eyes. Regret and tears. She ran down the hall, and I just stared at her, feeling no remorse. She wouldn't get a whiff of fresh air for years. I snickered. Or, I thought, maybe she wouldn't even last long enough to know her sentence! She would die in a world where everyone thought she was a terrible person, and she would die with the dread of living for one more day until she was locked up in a tiny, dark, damp, and spider-infested cell.

Yes. I thought. That is a much better punishment. She won't even have enough time to hug Green goodbye. Grinning evilly from my new plan, I snuck down the hallway, towards her room.
