Take a Picture, It'll Last Longer

• Chapter Four •

After beating the boys at Candyland last night, you woke up from your sleep on the air mattress. Stretching and rubbing your eyes. Sun shining through Ted's window curtains. You yawn as you begin to stand on your feet, looking over at his kitchen. Debating whether or not you want to have breakfast or not.

After a couple minutes of thinking and dissociation, you finally begin to walk over to Ted's kitchen. Opening all the cupboards till you found the things you were looking for. You retrieved a bowl and a box of frosted mini wheats. Looking down below the counter you opened up a drawer to find the utensils, grabbing a spoon as soon as you saw one. Placing it down on the counter you opened the fridge to grab milk. And of course, wouldn't you know it. The milkman himself has milk in his fridge.

After making yourself breakfast and cleaning up, you went back to the living room and turn on the TV. Flipping through youtube as you sat down, eating your meal as you tried to decide to watch Game Theory or Markiplier for the day. After choosing a video you lean back into the couch, enjoying your food and entertainment.

"Ow fuck." You hear a voice down the hall from behind you. Turning around you see Schlatt holding his foot. "You good man?" You say with a light laugh. "Yeah I uh- just stubbed my toe. Damn that hurt like a bitch." He said, placing his foot back down and going back to rub his eye. "Did you just wake up?" You asked as he walks over to the couch and sits down. "Yeah. The sun kinda blinded me so much I woke up." He says with a small chuckle. You both watch the TV for a couple minutes until Schlatt speaks up again.
"Ready for the start of Vidcon today?" He asks, eyes not leaving the screen. You look over and reply, "Nervous, but yeah. Ready and excited. Isn't the first day usually the most hectic?" You ask while looking back towards the screen. "Typically yeah. But hey, Ted, Charlie and I will all make sure you dont get trampled." He says chuckling whilst also lightly patting your back.
"Thanks, I appreciate it." You say with a slight chuckle.

After you finish the first youtube video finishes you hear Ted's Jurassic Park T-Rex alarm go off. "How the fuck does he wake up like that?" You laugh lightly. Schlatt smiles and shrugs, "Hell if I know." He replies. Soon enough you heard the door open and a sleepy Ted enters the living room. "Morning Theodore." You say as he gives a small wave in response. Only just a couple seconds later does Charlie exit the room he shares with Schlatt. "Morning guys." He says with a tired voice. You and Schlatt both reply with small "Good Mornings".

You and the boys walked around Vidcon most of the day. Getting stopped by fans of them and sometimes fans of you. It was a surreal experience to have someone who admired you, come up and tell you how much they appreciate and love you.

After the convention the boys set out to Glendale to go record some Chuckle week videos, and you tagged along. Once you arrived at the Game Grumps office you were greeted by Arin Hanson. "Hi, It's so nice to meet you! I've been watching your videos for a couple years now." You said happily to Arin. "Hey thanks man, I really appreciate it. You've been big news lately, yeah?" He replies. "Yeah surprisingly, got covered by a bunch of news outlets for my small business. Kinda surreal honestly." You say with a light chuckle. Arin smiles back at you, "That's great, you love to see that sorta stuff. Anyways I gotta get to filming a video with Dan. Talk to you later." He says while patting your back whilst walking away. "Yeah definitely, was nice meeting you!"
You say sweetly, "You too bro!" Arin replies whilst exiting. You turn back around to see Ted getting the set for the videos set up. "Need any help?" You ask, "Nope, this is the last thing. Thank you though." Ted looks back at you sweetly as he places one of the picture frames back in its spot. "Hooray, now we can actually get started!" Ted says excitedly. "Finally, took you long enough Ted." Schlatt says sarcastically with a smirk. "Fuck off." Ted replies with a smile.
