Most but not all little's use adult pacifiers/ soothers and other stuff a baby/ toddler or kid would use, not only do these people act like a baby, toddler or kid there mind also reverts back to that mindset of lets say a 4 year old.

Everyone has different ages to what they slip to for example mine is 0-6 but I rarely slip to 0 and 2 when I do It's for a short time period as I'd need someone to watch over me. Like I said not all little's use stuff like adult pacifiers, baby toys, diapers/ pullups and ect, I do use adult pacifiers and baby/ kid toys. You do not need that stuff be be a little though, I would honestly like to try pull ups tho-

There's also something called a caregiver, that's were that someone that looks after the little(s) when they are small so they do not get hurt and because a lot of people just get a happy feeling when they take care of a little, a babysitter is like the caregiver exept they take care of the little(s) when the caregiver(s) cannot take care of the little(s)

A switch In agere is someone is a caregiver but also a little, also known as a flip, they take the role as a little and the role as a caregiver which can be stressful especially if your caregiver/ partner is also a flip/ switch like me and my partners but we make it work <3

Not everyone can take the role as a caregiver and that's okay! Being a caregiver is not for everyone so do not worry, and not everyone can take the role as a little or flip and that's okay too! Do whatever makes you guys happy/ is safe.
