Renesmees POV
Imprint, I weigh over the words, imprint, oh! Jake has mentioned this before, Sam and Emily are imprints, its a wolf thing,oh....Sam and Emily are also married. I'm suddenly filled with joy, that means me and Jake could.... Before I can stop myself I burst out laughing "oh Jake, please If we where imprints that would mean that we," I can't speak, I start laughing again, I stop myself though, when I take in everybody's faces, Carlisle and Esme both look concerned, Rosalie is trying to conceal a laugh, Alice and Jasper both look worried, Emmett well he looks normal, Dad is smirking, Mum is looking at Jake concerned, and Jake he looks so hurt almost in pain, wow he is actually serious! "Jake I-" he stops me "Renesmee," he never uses my actual name, "Imprinting, it's a wolf thing," I nod "this doesn't change a thing, I mean unless u want it to, I, I mean," he stops and takes my hands into his, it feels weird, good though, like an electric shock, I gasp, ugh Renesmee control yourself! Jake continues "I can be whatever you want me to be." He's staring at me, eyes smouldering, I want to look away but I can't, there are many things I want to say, yes!, yes please! Or maybe just to kiss him, I want to, right now, I am so happy! This means that Jake is mine,and I am his. Calm renesmee your family is present right now, instead I mange to spit out "when?"
Jake pauses "Um, well you see, this imprinting thing is more like 'love at first sight' if you will, but um I first saw you when you where born,so yeah. But it wasn't like creepy or anything! But you know when your Mum found out she almost kicked my ass!" He smiles.
Mum and everyone else is laughing, Dad again is frowning.
I pull my hands away from his,
"What!? Why didn't you tell me before?"
"Ness I would of but your Mum and Dad wanted to wait until you'd grown up, I mean why else would I be hanging around a house full of vamps 24/7?" He asks, I'd never even thought of it before.
"By the way Ness you look great," he smiles, I blush.
"Renesmee speaking of which, we should probably measure you," Carlisle buts in.
I sigh, all I want to do is talk to jake!
Jake smiles and mouths 'later' and winks. I smile. Carlisle leaves and is back in a flash with his measuring tape, I stretch out while he measures me. He's jotting something down when Dad asks "Well, is she fully grown now?" Carlisle pauses "Yes I think so,"
I take a deep breath and direct this question to everyone "Does that mean I get to go to school now?" "Does it mean we have to move?"
We're still in Forks, but people are getting way to suspicious of Carlisle at the hospital,
"Well we're having to move anyway Renesmee," Esme answers
"And school shouldn't be a problem," Mum adds
I smile, could this day get any better!?
Jake, is frowning next to me.
"What?" I ask
"Oh and Jake of course you're welcome to come with us," Esme adds, smiling. Jacob grins.
"You hungry Ness?" Dad asks,
I nod, "But for food, not blood" I say
Everyone stares at me, they all know how much I hate human food, but today I feel different, I just shrug my shoulders and make my way to the kitchen, I'm about to grab something from the fridge when Jake stops me "hey, um, since you want real food, we could go out to a restaurant if you wanna?" He asks
I beam "I'd love to...but..."
"But what?" he frowns
I look over to Mum and Dad
"Oh," he sighs
"Yes you can go," Dad says
"Really!?" I ask excitedly
"Just be back by eleven," Mum adds, squeezing Dads hand.
I smile at them, I place my hand on Jakes cheek showing him that i'll be ready in 10 minutes. He nods. As I make my way upstairs, I try to calm myself, I think, just maybe, I'm actually going on a date with Jacob Black!
