Chapter 3

Jacobs P.O.V

It's been a week since I've seen Nessie and I can't stop thinking about her. I really think she needs to know about me imprinting on her. I don't know if a good idea I just have this feeling she needs to know first I'm going to ask Bella and Edward and talk it out with the family, and if they agree I should tell her now I'm going to tell her and explain to her why I protect her so much I got on a motorcycle and went to the main house where Bella and Edward were I walked in saw Nessie on the couch. She jumps up and hugs me tightly.

" what are you doing here?"

" I came to talk to your parents are they here?"

" no her and my dad went out to go hunting, is there something wrong?"

" No Nessie, I just wanted to have a word about you to them."

"Me?"

Nessie looks at me with a strange face. She scoots over and leans her head on my warm muscular arms.

"What about me?"

As I kinda start off, Bella and Edward walk in. I get up and walked over to them.

" Can I talk to you in the kitchen."

Nessie watches as me and her parents walk into the kitchen.

" OK I was just wondering if you think its time I tell her I imprinted on her."

"Well" Bella says, "If you think she's ready then I do too."

I look over at Edward and he agrees. I walk over to Nessie who is sitting on the couch and start to talk to her.

"What do you think imprinting means?"

"Don't know , never heard of it."

"OK when your mom was human did she ever tell you I she died giving birth to you and was turned into a vampire."

"Yeah"

I sit down and look at Nessie

" your mom didn't make the right decision to marry a vampire I have told her to choose me instead of him but she never listened."

Nessie looked shocked

" I never knew you guys like each other I always see you laugh and talk but I didnt think you were that close."

I had a crush on your mother and then it got stronger and it ended like that after she got married. I said

Nessie replies " did you ever kiss her?"

" yes twice. The first one I forced onto her and kiss and I was punched in the face the second one was good because she asked me to."

" were you still in love with her after she went on her honeymoon?" Nessie asks.

" yes I thought when she left to go on her honeymoon that your dad was going to kill her so when they got back i heard she was sick because your grandpa told me and I just know that she has been changed but when I went to the Cullens I found out she was pregnant I was relieved but angry with your father."

" so now how come you're not still in love with her."

I sigh and look away from Nessie.

" Its a long story." I say

" Tell me, I want to know."

" ok so I imprinted on you."

She looked at me with a weird confused look.

"What is imprinting."

"Well its hard to explain '"

"Like I said I want to know."

" ok well, imprinting is the involuntary mechanism by which shape shifters find there soul mate."

" OK but what does that have to do with you."

" For me it is not like love at first sight really it is more as... gravity moves... Suddently it is not the earth holding me here anymore you do... I become whatever you need me to be, whether that's a protector, a lover or friend.

"Wow so you imprinted on me."

"Yes."

She got up off the couch and went to her room.

"Well she took that well." I though to myself.
