• Old Friend •

You pace back and forth, thinking if you did something wrong. And more importantly.. Why the hell are you in this place. It also made you wonder why the voice seem to know you-

" Don't worry. I don't think he's angry " The voice spoke once again

You searched the room for the voice. At first it was creepy, but for some reason you're not scared of the voice at all. 
"Then why did he threw me into prison huh? what did I do?"

The voice didn't spoke but a fog seem to form inside the prison, soon revealing a girl. A girl who doesn't look so real, you gasped- because the girl look beautiful
" Hi "

You smiled awkwardly and replied
" Hello.. wait do I know you?"

The ghost laughed
" You do. A long time ago tho.. do you still remember me? "

" I'm afraid not... but can I ask? why am I here?"

" I honestly don't know. But I had a hunch..... You see...

Before.. I actually wished for a friend. When I was still alive- I couldn't able to play with people. I can't even be with my mom and dad or even Dream.

But all of a sudden.. you wake up one day in my room. I thought- you're some sort of fairy or magical being or something.. but everytime you eat an egg, you disappear.. but will always come back.

That's why I know you Y/n. We're childhood friends!"

"That's good- but what happened to you? why are you uh-"

"I died because of my disease. My mom and dad couldn't do anything. I was way young back then- but I thought its a relieve that I die than suffer even more.."

The two of you spend your prison time talking about events and stuff. Turns out, that the ghost's name was Drista. And the blonde guy you saw earlier? His name was Dream, Drista's brother. You two also talked about how you struggle with your life back in your world as well

You were just having a nice conversation with Drista when the dungeon door opened. Revealing none other than Drista's brother, Dream.

Drista immediately disappeared as Dream walks closely.
Stopping in front of your cell, he stared at you from head to toe.
"If you wanna get out, you'll have to answer everything I ask"

You quickly nodded

"Who are you?"

"I'm Y/n Cameron"

Dream tilted his head. He never heard of a last name like yours ever. He shrugg it of and continued asking

"Where are you from?"

First question was easy, however the next one- its not that you didn't know the answer.. but you don't know how to explain that you're not from this world

"Far away.." You mumbled

"What?"

"I'm- not from here.." You cleared your voice

Dream crossed his arms, he leaned on a pillar while tapping his foot onto the floor
"10 years ago... you went on this place. You were my sister's playmate"

You didn't answer since there's no question. Dream was expecting you to say something yet you keep your mouth shut

"Well if you're not gonna give the answers that I want then I'll leave you be.." Dream heads to the door then swung the keys on his hand
"I'll come back later- just in case you decided to speak up"

"Wait!" You called. You placed your hands onto your stomach and whined
"Can I atleast have something to eat?"

Dream searched your face if you're looking for a way out, but it seems that you're only hungry. He tilted his head before closing the dungeon door.

After walking farther from the dungeon he called one of the servants

" Give the girl something to eat "

" You think he'll give you eggs? " Drista asked

"What? you think this castle doesn't have eggs?"

Drista laughed. " Of course we have eggs. I'm just not sure if you'll receive one "

"I also can't straight out ask for eggs. If I really did disappear by eating eggs like you say- then he won't give me eggs next time I accidentally come back"

" You really are a smart one " Drista commented, making you smile and somewhat comfortable inside the dark prison. You never really had a friend back in your world.
People around you always make you feel scared, they bully you, hurt you and even your parents doesn't give a damn

So technically, this world is giving you the favor so far. But still- you don't know what could happen if you stay longer. Its still safer to come back to a world you know

You're curious with one thing though

" Drista... will you be able to come with me? when I-"

" *sigh* I'm afraid not Y/n. My soul lies in this world. I tried to come with you before as well- but I just couldn't " Both of you frowned. Soon the dungeon door opened once again. This time- a servant have arrived with a tray of food on his hand.

The servant gave you the tray of food then eventually left.

You and Drista looked at each other before lifting the metal bowl covering the food. Both of you smiled

You were served a roasted chicken with spring beans, mashed potato and sliced of boiled eggs

" Egg!" Both of you exclaimed
