The book of powers explains the generational powers, the family tree on both sides, their superhero names, backstories, and mainly enough the powers of the next in line.... The book updates itself with the incantational spell of dating of time.
We, the creators of book number three, have used our powers & bound them with incantations to create thee. We are two, and the start of the family line. I Nacy Buchalter, and my husband Josh D'ell Parks have learned the ways of Powers and what causes the next child to be born powers to be completely different or just different at all to their parents. We realized the parents with clashing powers create an off-balance child. This means if the Mother has water-based powers and the Father has fire-based powers, the offspring had the chance of coming out with no abilities, smokey/steaming-based abilities.
This is not a bad thing. This means when the offspring has offspring of its own, the powers could become more powerful or weaker, depending on its mate's abilities. We have come up with the best solutions to create all-powerful offspring for future generations.

Oath Given Powers
Oath-given powers are extremely rare and are nearly impossible to gain. Even if you gain the powers from any oath, they manifest to your soul and are sometimes life bound. Life bound means people with a bounded oath can reincarnate into a new person six to eighty years later.

History is bound to repeat itself
History is bound to repeat itself one day or another. Such as how evil was destroyed in creating balance, evil rose from the ashes to play on an equal playing field. The twins responsible for this were no other than Elenor Lee Parks & Esbarn Gore Parks. Elenor was influenced by her father to allow darkness to enter her powerful state of transformation. He tasked her with destroying her brother and creating a new world order against heroes. Elenor was powerful, just as strong as her brother indeed, but the only problem was he didn't have the right mental state. Which led to her defeat, and her brother Esbarn a glorious victory for the family.
Even though the events may repeat through history, the outcome may vary, causing history to change at a sped-up rate. "This is amazing. We have some family tree information that can bring us closer to our roots," said Aaliyah. "It could probably lead us down a family history repeat trap as well. We don't have time to dive into this book. It seems to have tons of information about our family on dad's side, and mothers too." concernedly said Tyshawn. "Ty this is a great thing we have all the info we can get because whoever is out there looking for our parents now knows that there is a new superhero out there, and I'm sure they're going to be looking for her," stated K'lina. "We must prepare for the worst," Implied Aaliyah.
K'lina had the perfect idea to train the twins in the command center for over twelve weeks. But as time went on, training became more frequent and they had surpassed the twelve-week mark. Over time, she researched the Incantation book Aaliyah found upstairs.... and she believes she found something that could help her and her family!
