Over the time between each training session, K'lina had found something she believes is important to her. She read in the incantation book about an
incantation staff. They are very hard to create, but she became determined to create one. She left the twins to train one morning to go find some ingredients for the staff. All K'lina needed was ten golden bars for the handle, eight blasted eyes, seven lead ropes, and the most important ingredient to be is a bottle of any magical spell/serum. This determines the staff's base element.
If I'm not careful about what spell I chose in the end, this would be pointless, and means I wouldn't be able to protect my brother and sister!
As time passes and K'lina goes down to the town shops, she sees where her sister was attacked. The fright in her eyes just pushed her to find all the items as quickly as she can, but she's worried she'll get attacked just like her sister. With quickness, K'lina found the blacksmith's shop and raided it for the ten gold bars, but she grabbed more if needed. She also noticed that there were some lead ropes on the wall, but it wasn't enough.
I need more rope.... ugh... wait, what is that? Is that a back storage room? I've never noticed this before, and I came in here all the time with mom holding the special stick she had. WAIT... it was golden with the lead rope print onto it with dried up blood coming down from the top! Does this mean mom had an incantation staff all alone... "FOCUS K'LINA!" said Aaliyah. "Aaliyah... Where are you... How can I hear you" said K'lina.
"We're done with our training for now so we learned a few incantations while you are gone, and we're using Anywhere Telepath," says Tyshawn. "It's not meant to be used for two people to use at once, but we tweaked the spell to make it connect brain waves instead of brain thoughts," commented Aaliyah. The farther you get, the harder it is to stay connected, so we are using another incantation to boost any type of signals we choose. It uses a salt ring, so as long as we stay in it, we can communicate."Ahh, well can you two not right now I'm trying to find something to protect us from the TNT twins, and any other dangers out there," replied K'lina. This staff will be a symbol of protection.
K'lina walks around the shopping area and finds the last few items she needs to complete the staff. As she walks back home, she begins to recite incantations for memory, something in the woods flashed and K'lina wonders what it may be but she doesn't go check it out.
*Flashback to when TNT Twins escaped*
Amethyst said, She seemed so powerful, but out of control at the same time. Like she never used her powers before or something. There's something wrong with this... who could be her parents... could there be more of them? " It doesn't matter right now as long as she hasn't followed us. She was very powerful and I have a feeling who her mother may be...." replied Diamond
