For dinner, I cook spaghetti and meatballs, I mean who could mess it up right?
After about 15 min of cooking and constantly looking over at my baby boy, food is done. I call him to the table and sit him in my lap with a kids plate with spaghetti and kid forks for him to eat with.
He looks up at me and smiles happily as he starts to eat, completely making a mess like the little boy he is, but that's okay.
I start to eat as well and once we're done I decide it's bath time since he's an absolute mess. I pick him up and when he whines I coo at him "shh sh baby it's okay we're gonna go play with bubbles and toys in the bathtub okay?"
He nods happily and I smile, even more, getting to the bathroom I start the bathtub with warm water, but not too warm, and start to get us undressed. my baby boy tries to hide himself so I pick him up as I finish undressing him.
"what are you so embarrassed about cutie?"
"i-im, not c-cute a-and n-nothing" he stutters strangely a lot, making me even more suspicious of his behavior, but deciding to ignore it, I pour the bubble bath in the tub and set him in, before getting in behind him.
He starts to happily play with the bubbles and is smiling while slipping into baby space. I start to clean him and he tries to wiggle away, but it's not that easy for him as I get a firm grip on him and start to tickle him, sending him into a laughing fit.
After a bit of tickling, I stop and continue washing him, eventually after forever because of his constant moving; I get him all cleaned up and myself soon after. I pick him up and drain the tub, rinsing off all the bubbles from us before stepping out.
After we are squeaky clean, I get us dressed as my baby babbles to himself. I make sure to put a diaper on my baby, which he seems to dislike at first but then is okay with it, especially since its kinda hard to say his dislike.
After getting his PJs on him I lay him on the bed, plugging in a nightlight before turning off the light and slipping into bed to cuddle my little baby boy.
I kiss his cheek softly and he says one word, "nini" which is similar to night night
"good night my prince" i say as i slide a paci into his mouth and we both fall into sound slumber
