Chapter 4- New Neighbors

Chloe's POV

When we got back home I instantly went to my room to put away my new clothes. After that I was exhausted and fell asleep on my cozy bed. I was woken by a shake about 2 hours after. I opened my eyes to see Aria smiling and hovering over me. "Hi sleepy head" She said while giggling. I groaned and sat up slowly. "What do you want" I said rubbing my eyes letting out a small yawn. "Neighbors are over, they want us to meet them." She said then going back downstairs. I jumped up and just changed into black leggings and a over-sized knitted sweater. I redid my mascara and lipstick because it got smudged from my sleep.I also combed my straight hair now that it was in knots and was frizzy. After it was soft again and tangle free, I went downstairs to meet my neighbors.

Niall's POV

I wished that Ashton didn't have to be such an idiot and stopped me having a conversation with Chloe. I actually like her. The last relationship I had was great until I learned that my ex-girlfriend was cheating on me with one of my friend Luke. Luke explained to me that he didn't know that it was my girlfriend first so I accepted his apology. We both broke up with her that night too. She was mad, but I didn't really care anymore. Chloe I feel is the one for me. Even though I just met this girl, I didn't care. It's not that I'm gonna marry her anytime soon which I'm not because I don't think I'm ready yet, and I think she will say the same thing. Anyways I had to leave early for the mall because me and my parents are meeting out next door neighbors for dinner. 

I drove home to my parents and we all walked over to their house. Greg would come but he and his wife are watching their son Theo. He is the CUTEST little kid I have ever met. Anyways, we rang the doorknob and a girl opened it. She looked familiar, but I can't remeber where I've seen her. "Hi, my name is Aria. You guys must be our neighbors." She smiled stepping aside to letting us in. I liked this girls house. It was amazing. "I'll be right back. My friend is taking forever to get ready." Aria said walking upstairs. "Why do I have to be here?" I said sitting on their couch. "Be nice Niall. We are just having dinner, then we are leaving that's it." Mum said. We heard feet pound against the stairs and there I saw the girl I was flirting with at the mall. Chloe. She changed into a oversized sweater and leggings. She was so cute. I'm probably going to ask her out tonight. 

Chloe's POV

When I walked down the stairs i saw Niall. I blushed a little and looked at the ground feeling eyes looking at me. I quickly lifted my head to meet my neighbors. "Hi my name is Chloe, nice to meet you." I said to Niall's parents. "Nice to meet you too sweetheart. My name is Maura and this is Bobby." Maura said shaking my hand, then after I shook Bobby's. "Bobby Maura would you mind helping me set up the table?" Aria said politely. They both smiled and nodded going to the kitchen. After Niall's parents walked into the kitchen, Aria turned back to me and Niall and winked before going into the kitchen. I smiled and lookied at Niall. He was staring back at me. "Hi" he said grabbing one of my hands. "Hello" I said shyly. He chuckled and gave me a hug. "Meet me in your backyard after my parents leave okay? I have to ask you something." He said still hugging me. I smiled to myself and was Hypoventilating on the inside in a good way. "Okay" I said pulling back. He smiled too and we walked to the kitchen together. 

Aria's POV

Niall and Chloe walked into the kitchen after Maura, Bobby and I set up the table. I walked over to Chloe who was smiling a little too big. "What happened." I whispered to her. "He wants me to meet him in the backyard after his parents leave." She whispered back, squealing a little. I smiled at her. I wish I could have a boy in my life who wouldn't break my heart also. I think Chloe noticed because she put her hand on my shoulder. "I'll find you a Prince Charming sooner than you ever will think." She said smiling. I chuckled and we walked and sat down and ate. We had speghetti and meatballs with garlic bread, and we had a conversation getting to know them all a little better. 

Later that night, Maura and Bobby left at 8:30 and said for Niall too be home at 9:30. I looked over at Chloe and gave her a thumbs up mouthing good luck to her.
