Transformers x cybertronian reader (ONE-SHOTS)

(Rescue Bots) Heatwave x reader✓

A/N: This was requested by a user that I guess deleted their profile. Because I can not find their username anymore. Daggumit now I feel even more bad for not doing it sooner.

(2025 I am so, so sorry that it took me this long to finish your request. And I feel so bad about it. Now I did start this when I was making the other requests. I will also say that I didn't like how I wrote it. So I just decided to redo the whole thing completely scrapping tge original scenario for it. The redo was mostly because of the intersections between the two. I just thought that they could've been better. And that I found out that I'm terrible at coming up with a rescue mission. I also decided to scrap the reader being a medic. Only because I wanted it to be kept vague on what their role in the rescue bots were.)

Hopefully I can at least have Heatwave's personalty right. All I remember is that he was a little bit of a hothead but he does have a soft spot. The reader will be of a gentle mech (this was part of the request and I will honor it).

Mech reader

  After another successful rescue mission. The rescue bots and their humans returned to the firehouse. All going off to do their own thing. With Chase going over to the bookshelf. Boulder went to go finish his painting on the waiting canvas. Blades having to immediately go back up onto the roof because Dani wanted to do flight patrol.

Heatwave went straight to the punching bag to let off some steam. Him and Kade had a disagreement during it. Leading to the two to bicker to one another for the rest of the mission and on the way back home. To both of their credit, their have gotten much better since their first few missions with each other. Still doesn't change the fact that Kade has an ego problem and Heatwave being a hothead sometimes.

  And the fifth bot on the team can be seen off in a corner softly rubbing the helm of a yellow cyberwolf's helm. The mech's name was (C/n). And he has been looking after her until her master returned fron the mainland. That won't be for another two Earth weeks.

  The minicon had came up to the (a/c) bot as soon has he came back from the rescue. The cyberwolf not fully trusting the other bots yet. Due to past experience with another group of bots. (C/n) had met the wolf's master from a patrol around the island he did a month or two back.

  The mech have been telling the minicon about the team's recent rescue. The wolf maneuvering to lay in the mech's lap as he spoke. Listening to him as he tells her in great detail of the mission. Loud enough for the cyberwolf to hear but not loud enough to disturb the others. The minicon didn't really understand about most of the things he was speaking. All she knew is that she likes hearing the bot explain things.

And she wasn't the only one to think that. Unbeknownst to the two, Heatwave had been listening to the mech talk with the wolf. Sure Heatwave was a part of the rescue. But hearing the other mech tell it in a way that describes it as if it was a story from a book's perspective. It was quite impressive how the (a/c) mech could do that. The firefighter truly does think (C/n) would be a wonderful storyteller.

  Heatwave takes a quick glance towards the mech. Seeing him get up from his spot with the wolf following after him. The firefighter watches as they both leave the bunker. Heatwave can't help but to think on how polar opposite the two were from each other. Sure it is like that with him and the other rescue bots. He can't figure out why it was different with (C/n). It wasn't a bad difference by any means. It was like their were yin and yang to each other. With Heatwave being rough around the edges and can be seen as intimidating to some. And with (C/n) being gentle has a soft breeze and can be seen as a bot you could go for comfort. Heatwave shakes his helm slightly to get out of his thoughts and brings his attention back to punching.
